First we have no proof he killed them, they could have simply been badly injured Suigetsu has no idea whether or not they died, second they were the ones attacking him his plan was to infiltrate summit and take down danzo, and finally that was a sasuke manipulated by obito, suna ninjas killed konoha ninjas when manipulated by orochimaru but were forgiven so why not sasuke ?
Lol Danzo's arm with Hashirama cells and crap load of sharingans is the proof mate, re-read that chapter it was done by orochimaru (I don't even watch the anime btw)
