None of those crimes compare to betraying the village by refusing to help during the pain fight, abducting children for human experiments, covering up for orochimaru's inhuman experiments, usurping the top post in the village, using the dead body of hashirama as a test subject, attempting and carrying multiple assassinations against different people etc etc

btw you mentioned Orochimaru yet Sasuke was butt buddies with him for three years while he did those experiments so yes the person you're trying to make look innocent condone those experiment so he's just as bad

He murdered a high ranking official(even though admittedly, he deserved it), assaulted many Konoha-nin, assisted Akatsuki willingly and helped Orochimaru with a village that just finished attacking Konoha at the time.
No, I hope he get's incarcerated for all the antics he pulled on not only Konoha but the other nations as well, otherwise it would just promote everyone to be a **** and get what they whine for.

The list of Danzo's crimes are by far worse, just because he is part of Konoha doesn't magically grant him immunity or forgiveness.
And sasuke never intended to help Orochimaru, he only went to him to gain power, and even in his last test sasuke refused to kill or fatally wound a single one of the targets :

And i would love to see some Manga scan of Danzo supporting Orochimaru experiments because that only happen in a filler you wouldn't be quotes fillers now are you?
and because he went just for power that excuses him for alling with the person that killed the Hokage he attacked his own teammates and was going to kill them if Orochimaru didn't stop him.
funny you even mentioned Deidara since Sasuke caused him is life and yes Danzo did horrible things but what right does Sasuke have to kill him ?

They were typical fodder that stood in Sasuke's way. Even Sasuke warned them and they were too arrogant.

First we have no proof he killed them, they could have simply been badly injured Suigetsu has no idea whether or not they died, second they were the ones attacking him his plan was to infiltrate summit and take down danzo, and finally that was a sasuke manipulated by obito, suna ninjas killed konoha ninjas when manipulated by orochimaru but were forgiven so why not sasuke ?

His intention was never to help Orochimaru instead he was planning on killing him once they were done, don't twist what happened.
The same kind of right Naruto used to try and kill Deidara, Haku, Kimimaro and Kakuzu.
