If useless-Sakura could defeat Sasori, and Sasuke was able to defeat Deidara, it's just plain obvious. There's nothing to explain. Sasuke at that point was damn weak compared to Itachi, not to mention Kisame compared to Sakura & Chyio. Plus, if Itachi places Tsukuyomi or any other genjutsu, they can't counter it.

AkatsukiChurch made an exploit on how the Iron Sand can expand and grow as it's released, and we all know that it carries poison in it that apparently isn't gtting diluted in the new Iron Sand. Meaning he can somehow replicate the poison.

Samahade is close, C4 isnt chakra and that still wouldnt help Kisame
Itachi has Sharingan and can counter all of the puppet's attacks, and Kisame has Samehada which will suck chakra out of both Sasori and Deidara. Plus, Kisame has that huge floating water-prison, Sasori and Deidara getting in that one would get owned. Raiton not needed, plus that Tsukuyomi works on far distances - see Mugen Tsukuyomi, it's casted off the Moon, that's some distance. Itachi's Tsukuyomi can reach both of them easily.
C4 are just bombs that are microscopic, they still contain chakra...On a pretty large scale
Not water prison itself. Kisame turns into a shark and attacks the human part of Sasori while being in the Water Prison. Samehada cuts all of Sasori's strings for the puppets so Sasori can't use them. Sharingan doesn't counter puppets but anticipates them, so he can dodge them all. He can use Susano'o if he wishes, puppets can't cut through that.

I didnt see Deidaea mentioned anywhere and all of team #2 lol. this isnt 1 vs 2, you're focusing too much on one team winning.
