Since you've already learned the basics in how to mold water chakra we'll start straight with the techniques. I'll explain how I'm going to teach you. It's essentially going to be a two in one. Below I have listed a set of questions that you need to answer after I post each technique. I will post these with colored text so that you know this is information. Essentially things that happen outside of the time frame of a battle. You must answer the questions and ask any of you own (bold them). Afterward, I will post an offensive battle move. You will only be allowed to use techniques that I have taught you and a max of 3 techniques I have not for the rest of the training (choose wisely). You can even reuse techniques that I taught you (this extends to D-ranks that I did not teach you but you learned for this element). This is meant to help you see the practical usages of the technique within battle. The battle will continue fluidly with a one post break where I post more techniques. It will end when the techniques end. If you use a tech improperly, I'll explain it and you'll redo that move.

I will first post the technique and the describe it in my own words, and then state a few sentences about the usefulness of the technique both offensively and defensively. I would like you to respond by by telling me:

- how you would perform the technique in battle
- how you will use the technique offensively
- how you can defend against the tech
- whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting

I would like a few sentences for each point or a few bullets.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

A pretty basic technique, you do three hand seals and create a water whip. Some of the techniques are really simply like this one so I won't explain much or demand of you to say much either. As long as you understand what it does. This technique bluntly shapes water into a long whip then ummm... whips the opponent. You can use it to serve any purpose that a normal whip can.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

This technique is a little more complicated even though it requires less hand seals, only two. After transforming your chakra into water inside your body, you need to take the technique to the next step. You need to infuse your chakra into the water and increase the viscosity by bring the water molecules closer together and preventing them from moving as freely as they normally would. You then just spray the viscous water out of your mouth into the ground or any surface you want. The water is infused with your chakra so your opponent cannot use it as a source for their water techs but they can counter it by channeling their own chakra to their feet to allow them to walk on top of the water before they sink into it.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip

How you would perform the technique in battle

I quickly perform a series of hand seals, which are Rat → Dog → Ox, at the same time I mould Chakra in my right arm, producing Water Chakra. I then extend my arm, releasing water out from it, and my opponent who is standing around 5 metres away from me is whipped with this water as I move my arm in a slashing manner.

How you will use the technique offensively

To perform this, I would form the Rat → Dog → Ox hand seals whilst moulding Chakra in my arm, giving it properties of water; cool and runny. Then I extend my arm out towards the target, and release the Water Chakra, which comes out as water. If I want to whip the victim, then I will create a fast slashing movement with my arm, and whip the person with it. If I want to bind the person with it, then I would move my arm in a way that it would move around the opponent, and then ultimately binding the person.

How you can defend against the tech

To defend against this, I would use an Earth Jutsu to block the incoming water as Earth is stronger than Water. i would only need to use a D-Rank Earth technique for this.
I could, however, also use a Water Justu to counter this one.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting

This is useful as it can be used to bind the opponent, which would allow me to attack them with another Jutsu more easily. However, it can be easily countered so it has it's pros and cons. It also does not reach up to long range, which could be a good thing. Because if it was long range, the opponent would have more time to react and counter it.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

How you would perform the technique in battle

I perform the Ram and Tiger hand seals and at the same time, I mould some Chakra in my body, giving it properties of water. I then increase the viscosity by bringing the water molecules closer to each other, which does not give them much room to move. After this, I spray this water out of my mouth, covering the ground with a stream of sticky liquid up to quite a few metres. When the opponent steps on it, they get stuck.

How you will use the technique offensively

I don't get this question actually, I think I did the previous one wrong... Isn't it pretty much the same as the previous question?
How you can defend against the tech

To defend against this, one can channel Chakra into their feet, which would allow them to step onto the sticky liquid without getting stuck.
Or perhaps shadow clones could also be used, the original could jump onto the shadow clones, staying up until reaching a dry surface.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting

This technique is pretty good as it covers up to a long distance. This would prevent the enemy from coming close to the user, and by getting themselves stuck, the user can also perform another technique on the opponent easily.

Performing the technique in battle is just describing how you would describe yourself using the technique. It's basically just re-performing the technique. How you use it offensively gives you to room to talk about possible combinations and opportune situations for the technique and such.

I perform one hand seals resulting the creation of four clones. One clone begins to run toward you and focuses wind chakra in his right fist. Once he reaches close range of you, he slams his fist into you.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
Rank:B
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

(Futon: Kōha Reppūken) - Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: By Covering their hand with wind-natured chakra, The user attacks the enemy with it. The power of this attack is capable of causing the ground to split and buckle around them which could be used to throw the enemy off balance.
You may use all water techniques learned to this point and you have 3 remaining non-water techniques for the remainder of this rank

Okay I understand it now. I know I probably don't have to use a bio here, but I'd like to use mine anyways.

Tiashe watches as his Sensei forms a hand seal, creating four clones that looked like him. Then one of them starts running towards him, making Tiashe panic a little. But then he remembered what he had just learnt from his Sensei and thought it would be wise to use those techniques now.

Tiashe quickly performed the hand seals Ram and Tiger and gathered Chakra in his stomach, giving this Chakra high viscosity to bring the water molecules together. The clone was a few metres away from him at this point, and Tiashe quickly brought this Water Chakra to his mouth, where he released it by spitting it out onto the ground in front of him. A sticky starch syrup came out, and made its way to the clone who was running. The clone was then stopped in its tracks when it stepped onto the syrup.

Afraid that this clone would still attack him from where he was standing, Tiashe performed the Rat, Dog and Ox hand seals, whilst gathering some more Chakra, this time in his right arm. He made this Chakra cold, making it into Water Chakra, which he then released out of his arm as water in the form of a long whip. He then sent this to the clone, who at the moment was stuck in the syrup, and he wrapped this water around the clone tightly, leaving it unable to attack him.

Then, Tiashe gathered Chakra again in his right arm, this time a smaller amount, which he changed into Water Chakra. He then released it out from his arm as small water bullets, aimed a the clone. As they hit the clone, it poofs and vanishes.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

The noob clone technique. Another technique I have never used. It is inferior in all ways to other clone techs you will eventually learn. It's simple to make, just send your chakra into a water source and shape some of the water into yourself. The clone can only move a short distance from you and use C-rank water. Unlike other clones that split chakra in half, this only donates 10 percent to the clone. No point in ever using this... unless you want to be a noob. xD

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

The technique only works short range from you and requires only one hand seal. It's a pretty simple technique. It basically creates a fang of water from the water source that attacks the opponent. You can create multiple fangs, just spinning drills of water, from the water source to attack your opponent from all directions. A decent technique to use in short range.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

How you would perform the technique in battle: Standing next to a lake, Tiashe quickly performs the Tiger hand seal, whilst at the same time gathering around ten percent of his chakra. He releases this chakra into the water and using it, he manipulates the water to rise as a lump which eventually looks like a human. Tiashe uses shape manipulation to give the clone features of himself. He then controls the clone, using his chakra to come out of the lake and walk a few metres away from him. He can however feel the connection between him and the clone weakening greatly at around five metres and so he stops the clone. He then releases his chakra from the clone, and it disappears, leaving only a small pool of water in its place.

How you will use the technique offensively: These clones are very weak as they contain only 1/10th of the users chakra and they also can not move further than short range from the user. Therefore, I would probably never use it. But if I was to use it, I would require a water source first of all. And I would only use it if I was in such a dire situation, for example if I was bound and could not move my limbs freely. Then I could use the clone to attack on behalf of myself even though it would be a weak attack. But, if the opponent is weak, then it would be fine too. This clone could also be used just as a means of distraction for the enemy.

How you can defend against the tech: This technique is very weak, and does not need much defending against. Since it contains very little of the users chakra, it could be dispersed by a simple hit on the clone or the use of a very low level technique. Or one could easily just stay within mid range of the clone and the user, so as not to be in the clones firing range. But really, there is not much to defend from with this weak thing.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: Since you said that this is the most inferior technique in water, I'd say there is not much use for it. Even if I wanted to use it as a distraction, it would be a very bad one at that, since even though it looks like the user, it would still look watery, therefore allowing the opponent to know what it is. The only place where I could say it would be good to use in is if you are fighting a very weak opponent. Or, if I for example were very strong, I could use it in the presence of a strong enemy, just to trick them into thinking that I am weak because of this weak technique that I used. Then, I could surprise them by using a ridiculously strong technique in the next move.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet

How you would perform the technique in battle: Tiashe stands upon the lake, and he lets chakra out from his feet. Using this chakra, Tiashe manipulates some water to rise up, and he spins his chakra around fast, thereby also causing the water to spin in a fast motion making it look like a drill. Seeing no need to attack anyone at the moment, Tiashe drops the fang of water back into the lake he is standing on, and it goes crashing in, making the water unsteady, almost making Tiashe lose his balance.

How you will use the technique offensively: Since this technique only covers short range and requires a water source, I would most likely use it if my opponent and I were both standing on water, like a lake. Then I would use it on the opponent at a very short range, giving them minimal time onto react. Due to its spinning motion, I could also use it to frighten or distract the opponent.

How you can defend against the tech: To defend, one can move further away from the user, as it can not exceed the short range. Or one can also counter it with another water technique, be it the same rank or one rank higher. Alternatively, an Earth technique could be used to block this attack.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: This technique is good, as even though it is short range, it is actually a good thing as the opponent will have less time to react to a short range technique. It also causes damage, and the fast spinning motion makes the attack look more brutal that it actually is, potentially frightening the opponent. I also like how this technique can attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius. Also, this technique can be used in conjunction with another technique, making it more powerful.

This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.
The clone begins to channel chakra into his feet to escape from the sticky syrup water. As the whip is coming toward him, he releases a wave of wind that neutralizes the whip. Another clone stands on a water source and begins doing a ridiculous amount of hand seals at the time the other clone is defending against your technique.

(Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid

Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent by swinging their hand or hands.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

Tiashe observes as the clone defends against his attack, and he also notes another clone besides him, making some hand seals. As quickly as he can, Tiashe takes a few steps forward on the water source, standing around five metres from the clone making the hand seals. He quickly performs a hand seal, gathers chakra in his feet, and releases it into the water source. Using this chakra, Tiashe uses it to manipulate the water underneath, making it rise. As it rises, Tiashe manipulates the water to spin in a very fast motion, looking like a drill.

With the clone still making the hand seals, Tiashe controls this fang of water, and aims it straight at the clone, hoping to distract it from its hand seals. Since Tiashe only has to perform one hand seal whilst the clone has to perform many more, Tiashe is pretty sure that his attack should go through.

Good move.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

One of the few multi-rank techs on the sit. It's not that hard to understand. You clap your hands and a bunch of water appears around you out of no where and spirals around you. The it just flows in whatever direction you want. It can be boosted to B-rank depending on what technique you are trying to defend against. You can even use it defensively though it doesn't say so by making the water spiral around you and protect you from attacks from all angles (following the elemental interactions and ranks). A wall would suffice to defend against it, and remember that this is ordinary water, so after your opponent's tech is over, you can use this water for your techs.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

This technique does what its name says it does. It makes it rain on will. At the cost of 6 hand seals. A useful technique as it allows you to sense anyone on the battle field. It used to be a popular technique before there were a lot of custom passive sensing techs made. It's still a good tech. To get rid of it, just use an appropriate wind technique to shift the clouds to a different location away from the battle field.

Thanks. ^_^

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

How you would perform the technique in battle: Clapping his hands together, Tiashe releases chakra out from his body, and a mass of water spontaneously appears around his body. He uses shape manipulation to give it the shape of a vortex. It spirals around his body, causing the ground around him to become wet. He also becomes wet, and his hair and clothes flap around wildly as the vortex of water of spiral rotates around him. It makes him feel exhilarated and excited, not to mention he looks pretty badass too. Soon, Tiashe manipulates the water to move up and form a wave which he then sends forward. It goes crashing down a few metres away from him, churning up dirt and demolishing the ground beneath it. Truly a powerful technique, Tiashe thinks.

How you will use the technique offensively: I would most likely use it when the opponent is short range from me since it will surprise them more easily. It does not require a water source, and materializes instantly just after clapping the hands. So of course if I am in short range, the opponent should not have much time to react. Since it also reaches up to long range, I could aim it towards the target, and that would give me more time to add another element to it, one which is faster than it so it can catch up, like lightning. Also, this technique is great for defending from others. It creates a shield around the body, and therefore Taijutsu users will also not be able to land a hit. Elemental techniques which are weak enough also will not pierce through. Similarly, users who mainly use Taijutsu could perhaps use this technique to not get hit either.

How you can defend against the tech: To defend, a simple earth technique can be used as it is stronger than water. Wind and fire of the same rank as this technique could also be used to nullify the attack. Since water is fast, it would be better not to be in short range of this technique. Sharingan users can defend against this more easily that ordinary ninja as they can predict its movements. Also, one could use hiding like a mole technique but that would be highly risky if they are in short range as they will be slow to move into the earth.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: I find it to be quite interesting as it just materializes after a single clapping of the hands. This allows for a well executed and surprising attack. It also does not require hand seals. And since it only needs a clap, it does not mean much to the opponent as claps are used for many Jutsus. They will not be able to predict the attack.

Questions: 1- Can this wave be used to travel on? What I mean is, can the user 'ride' the wave by controlling chakra on their feet without being harmed since they will be on top of it?
2- When the water materializes around the user and forms a spiral around the user, how long does it spiral around for? Because since this technique can be used as a surprise, I'm thinking maybe it might actually not be surprising at all since the opponent will be able to see the water spiraling around the user before it attacks them. In that case, I would use a Jutsu before this one to distract them first.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

How you would perform the technique in battle: Tiashe performs the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals and then sends his water chakra into the clouds above. He then wills it to rain, and rain starts to fall steadily. As it makes contact with living things, Tiashe can sense their chakra. He feels the chakra of small things, and concludes that they must be little animals, scurrying around in the rain trying to find shelter. It is a strange feeling for him.

How you will use the technique offensively: This technique is a great one to use when the user has poor visibility. Thus, I would use it in conjunction with the hidden mist Jutsu. That way, the opponent can not see me, neither can I see them. But since I would be using this rain technique, I could detect them and for an attack. Also, the opponent will not even be able to see the clouds and blow them away since they would not be able to see anything.

How you can defend against the tech: To defend, one can use a wind Jutsu to blow away the clouds causing the rain. If blown far enough away, it will cease to rain anyway since it has to be a certain distance to the user.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: This is quite a good technique, as it makes a pretty good combo with the hidden mist Jutsu. Also, they are both low ranking techniques, and at the same time they can get the better of an opponent with higher training in elements. I also find the idea of sensing the targets chakra to be quite interesting. So even of the user was in a low visibility situation, they would know where the target was. And I love how it is long range. That way, the user can also use it to gauge how many opponents there are on the battlefield when in low visibility. And since the hidden mist Jutsu is also long range, they can both be used together without any problems.

Questions: 1- Once the user finds the targets location, can they shoot a lightning technique onto the rain falling above the target, so that the target may be electrocuted?
2- How high are the clouds? Because this technique works in long range, does that mean they should be within fifteen metres?
3- Does the user send water chakra to previously formed clouds, or are the clouds themselves made by the user? And if the clouds are made by the user, then the opponent can observe the clouds being formed? Or if clouds can not be formed, and only water chakra is sent up, then can that be observed by the target?

1. No, not really. The water spawns around you, if you directed it toward yourself, it would come crashing down. It is not like a technique where you spit water out of your mouth. In that case because the water forms right beneath your feet you can ride it.
2. No surefire time can be dictated. But if you watch the video when it was used in the anime I would say at most 2 seconds. If you use it from far away, yes, they can see it and easily block it. But if you use it from short range so the water spawns almost right on them and they are swept away then I'm going to be honest 99% of the time the opponent will still manage to block it, but as long as you have them using a defensive technique, you're doing good.

1. Nope. The rain cannot be used to electrocute.
2. They're in the sky. Just like they would be if it was raining naturally. But because they are maintained by chakra, they can be blown away by wind chakra that is stronger. This only works since the rain is being maintained by chakra. If it was naturally raining during a fight (say it's part of the terrain), you can't blow it away.
3. They can see if forming. But they can't stop it before it forms, they can only stop it after it forms.

One of my clones slams the wind Rasengan into the dirt causing a massive cloud of dust to erupt and blind your vision. The same clone then begins to run in the dust and once he gets close to you tries to slam you with a fire Rasengan.

(Fūton: Rasengan) - Wind Style: Spiral sphere
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60 (-20 to user if attain direct hit)
Description: Rasengan doesn't require handseals, only molding of the chakra. The user focuses and creates a fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. A direct Rasengan hit can be lethal but the user needs to actually physically hit the opponent for it to work.

(Yōso no Rasengan) Elemental Spiral Sphere
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: By combining the original Rasengan with an elemental affinity, a new Rasengan can be created that may produce a variety of effects. Only the basic 5 elements can be used in this technique.
Note: Must know rasengan

Okay, it all makes sense now, thanks.^^

Tiashe watches as a clone Rasengans the ground, causing dust to block his vision. Since he can't see the clone, and he assumes that the clone can not see him either in the dust, Tiashe remembers what he has just learned. He decides that he needs to know where the clone is in order to attack him first, so he performs the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. His chakra reaches into the sky above, and it starts to rain. This rain is infused with his chakra, so he can use it to sense. When the rain falls upon the clone, Tiashe is shocked to realise that the clone is very close to him!

Canceling this technique, Tiashe at once gathers a large amount of chakra in his body and molds it, converting it to Suiton Chakra. He releases it out from his body then via the chakra points, and water materializes all around him. He shape manipulates it to make a vortex, which spins around him. Just as he has finished making this defense around him, the clone strikes him with a clone. Tiashe is feeling a little surprised, he did not know that fighting just a clone can be pretty difficult.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

If I were to be honest, this is a useless technique because you need to keep contact with the sphere at all times. That means you need to get into short range. And then on top of that you need to be on a water source. It also requires a ridiculous eight hand seals so unless you're a water specialist, it's suicide. But if you were to use it, it's nothing more than a sphere of water that traps your opponent inside. If you can set it up perfectly to get all the requirements fit for this technique then you can basically stop your opponent from making any movements. But then again, there are so many techs that work even without movements, so even then you are not completely safe. Use this tech with precaution. I personally don't recommend it.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

The Water Replacement technique has a very simple concept. The technique requires you to focus your water chakra throughout your entire body and actually change the properties of your body to water. Because you are constantly focusing water chakra throughout your body to maintain the technique it comes with certain drawbacks. The technique cannot be while taking the offensive. This is more of a defensive technique as it allows you to escape from physical damage. It requires no hand seals and thus can be used to escape close range stabbings or strong collisions. One major risk is that your body has become water, you become weak to fire techniques essentially. You can be turned to steam if a fire techniques hit you and cannot revert back. I've seen this happen before so use it cautiously.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

How you would perform the technique in battle: Standing on a water source, Tiashe gathers chakra in his stomach whilst at the same time performing the required hand seals, which allows him to get the exact amount of chakra needed for this technique. He makes this chakra dense, cold and heavy. When it reaches his mouth, Tiashe blows it out in front of him, and shape manipulates it to form a sphere. He then sticks his right hand in the sphere of water, so that if anyone was in there, they would not be able to escape. When there is no need for it anymore, Tiashe takes his hand out and releases the sphere and the water disperses back to the water source.

How you will use the technique offensively: To use it, I would use it alongside a clone. The clone would trap the opponent and then I would attack it from even long range if I wanted to. Or I could throw explosive tags into it. But it is primarily used for drowning an opponent, so I would feel safer if my clone held the target in place, just in case the opponent tries something like a lightning attack to electrocute me. At least my clone would be harmed then, and not the real me. I might even be able to make a hole in the ground under the opponent whilst my clone is holding it. Then the opponent would fall into the earth and I could bury them alive huehuehue.

How you can defend against the tech: To defend, I should firstly make sure I am not on a water source whilst at the same time being in close range of the user. Another way is, if I am trapped, then an ally or my clone if I had made one beforehand, can attack the user, causing them to cancel this technique. Or, maybe if there is a type of lightning Jutsu that can be performed in that state, I can electrocute the user.

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: It does not seem so useless to me. I find it kind of interesting because Zabuza used it against Kakashi and it seemed good enough. And Kakashi being a Jounin could not even do anything against it whilst he was trapped. And if I have a water speciality, which I'm planning to have, then it won't be so bad. Also, users with an ability to move really fast should take advantage of their speed, and when they are in a tight spot and see the opponent about to attack them, they can move up to them at a very fast speed and trap them before they know it. This technique can also be used as a defense, and I'm always welcome to defenses. However, it does have its cons, like the amount of hand seals, and how it also requires a water source. And if the opponent trapped inside the sphere decides to use a lightning attack that can be used without moving, then the user will get electrocuted, although I am not sure if the one using the lightning will also get electrocuted then, seeing as how they would be in direct contact with the water.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement

How you would perform the technique in battle: Tiashe gathers chakra throughout his whole body, and he kneads it into water chakra by making it cool and liquidy. He then infuses this chakra into every cell of his body, allowing his body to turn into water. His body flops down and he then returns back to normal as he reappears again.

How you will use the technique offensively: If I am attacked by the opponent and I am in a tight bind, I would use this to escape the harmful effects of that attack. But of course, it can not save me against attacks of higher ranks. Also, I would only use it if I was in long range of the user, because if I was in short range, then the user will take advantage of that and may burn me. Scary... And as I return back to normal, I could probably aim a Suiton attack at the opponent since I would be having the chakra within me already.

How you can defend against the tech: This technique does not need to be defended from as it is a defense by itself. It is not an attack. However, the opponent can take advantage of someone using this, and use fire to burn them. They would then just burn away as steam and never return...

Whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: It is useful when the only way you can escape without taking harm to the body is turning into water. And it can be done in such a way that the opponent is occupied with something else, so they will not be able to burn you into steam. But attacks can not be made whilst in this form, and the user will be vulnerable to attacks. They can also be sealed at that time. I would try to use this as least as possible, because the last thing I want is for my character to die by getting burnt away.

Another one of my clones begins to run toward you and knees you in the stomach with the left leg. As you as wheezing from the knee to the stomach, it causes your head to dip down and leaves the back of your head exposed. Instead of using my alternating arm to elbow you, I use my left hand to grab the back of your head and push it down. As you are falling forward, with my right arm, I bring my elbow down straight into the back of your head planting you on the ground.

Tiashe notes that one of his Sensei's clone is running up to him and before he can move out of the way, the clone knees him in the stomach. Having just learnt this technique, Tiashe instinctively gathers chakra in his body, making it cool and liquidy until it becomes water chakra. Every cell in his body is soaked in this chakra, so that after the clone knees Tiashe, his body becomes water. His body flops down and then reappears again in front of the clone normally.

With the clone right in front of him now, Tiashe performs a backflip as soon as he reappears, in the process kicking the clones jaw upwards which sends it flying a meter back. As he is performing the backflip, Tiashe gathers chakra in his body and performs a set of eight hand seals. So basically when he lands back onto the ground, Tiashe releases water from his mouth onto the clone, and as he does so, a sphere begins to form around the clone. Tiashe walks over and puts his hand into the sphere of water, so that the clone can not escape. It slowly suffocates and drowns in the pressure of the water, after which it disappears.

Releasing the sphere of water, Tiashe once again gathers water chakra all around his body. As he claps his hand, the water is released from the chakra points located around his body. He shape manipulates it to form a spiral vortex of water around him. It spins around wildly, before Tiashe gathers it into a wave of water, which travels to his Sensei, to come crashing down.

Nice move. That third techniques seems like you just threw it in. I don't have a problem with that, but remember that you could've used one of the ones you already learned in that situation then saved this one for later. Part of this mock battle training method I'm trying to test out is to help people get a feel for when a technique should be used, and that usage was a little lackluster.

(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

The technique only require 2 hand seals and can be performed quickly. This falls into your very basic streams or surges of water category. The user summons a large amount of water then channels their chakra into it to cause the water (that is otherwise stationary) to surge toward their target while shaping it in the form of a dragon. Since the technique isn't that complicated, I'll let you explain the rest to show you understanding.

(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water release: Water Bullet
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A large sphere of rotating water that is spit out of the users mouth that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked.

Requires only one hand seal. It is nothing more than a large bullet of water. It can soak the area enabling it to block wide ranges of fire about it burst. The techniques involves focusing water chakra in the stomach then moving it up to the mouth while building pressure to condense the water into bullet form. Then all the chakra pressure is released at once to launch the bullet out. Since the technique isn't that complicated, I'll let you explain the rest to show you understanding.
