I'd like to have the restrictions on Kaguyas well less strict and restricted.

Also the byakugan having the same tracking abilities as 3T sharingan is too much imo, I suggest simmering it down a notch.

The restrictions on character freedom is a tad bit harsh here.

I have never seen any MS user on here actually take lash back from MS techniques. Rinnegan techs such as ST, CST, and CT are powerful, but things such as Amaterasu, Kamui, Susano'o, etc are just leaps and bounds better.

I agree with all of these, although a Mode for a custom summon is allowed I think. It has to be really unique tho.



I say we just get rid of it all. There's no point. "oh you got hurt activating your sharingan? Let's hold your bio for 3 months" It's more like a jail than a hospital. Honestly I've only seen med jutsu used how it's suppose to be used (to heal and help) one time in the NW.

But to get those MS things you need sensei status and to pass a test. Rinnegan you just need to pass a test. For abilities that aren't that far off if far off of those MS techs.

Look at Lili's fight with ZK, once her MS was done she was pracitcally dead, she stated it she couldnt do anything really if he kept fighting, but he kinda killed himself XD

Better D:, my dark suggestion would work for "EVERYONE" with a dark bio, simply because it was suggested by a dark user doesn't means its to soley benefit myself.

As for Jashinism, well i know that alucard and Emp have custom jashin bio's, so what happened to that? it seemed to have been available at one point but not again. And once again, that wouldn't soley benefit me either, would give everyone the chance to be immortal for a day, seems not everyone loves Hidan(as much as me)

But the suggestion about tournaments is(to my belief) not what i think that question was about, asking for perms aint hard and you can have unoffical tournaments without prizes, the prizes are sole greed for a single purpose not the greater of anybody else bar the person requesting it.

I didn't master lightning for no reason. I'm aware of the drawbacks and prepared for it.
