Rules regarding bio combinations. I think we should get rid of that. It is impossible for a member to rp with both his/her bios at the same time, unless in an unofficial match, so I think it's not fit for someone to be restricted on a certain bio based on what that someone has on the second bio. In fact, if people want to have 2 Byakugan bios, why not let them? But most of all, I just wanted to be able to pick bios with no other restriction besides the ones that apply to it's inherit power alone.
The exception would be, of course, unique bios. If there can only be one bio of them in the RP, then obviously it wouldn't be fair if only one member has 2 of those type. This would mean no member can have 2 Jinchuuriki with Bijuu, no member can have 2 NB swords, etc, because, in having them, they would restrict the unique bio pool for other members.
Secondly, regarding what is a Mode or a Self-powering technique. There should be some sort of official clarification, as a couple of abilities do have such a restriction when stacking modes. Is Sharingan a mode? Can elemental jutsus be considered modes (Raikage's armor).
Thirdly, I guess I wouldn't mind seeing the Jashin ability. But it would most likely mean it will be abused. Aligning Sage Mode with custom animal contracts wouldn't be all that bad either.
I'd also like for the limit on Custom Element techniques to be extended. A bit of a personal request, as I don't known anyone else who expired their limit, but a good custom element is always growing, and 12 is a bit too restricting. On that note, I think we should be allowed to update our elements. Add a bit more description, clarify the W&S, maybe even add some weaknesses or strengths as more custom/cannon elements/abilities appear. Etc.
Med jutsu and med training system needs a revamp. One of which, for something that is supposedly canon, having a private and hidden section where no one but med nin/student and mods are able to see how training is being handled is something that should be removed. I wouldn't mind if they do have their own section, it could even be composed of a public area where everyone can post (general hospital) and a private area where only students and med nin can post (infraction otherwise, and deleted post/thread). I know I was taught some pretty crazy and rule breaking stuff when I was there, and from what I seen in the NW, some of that stuff is still being used. It's all hidden, so how can we know if it's actual rule breaking, or if they were taught like that?
EDIT: Also, an evasion option on the NW. Something that allows us to be defeated by an opponent, sure, but still evade the battle (If possible). With this, it would mean the departure from an ongoing event by a space/time technique. It would mean the member can't participate in that event anymore, but it would still mean the bio is alive.
