I disagree with that U:U it was there idea at first they should be able to keep it. With if they come back and they see all their stuff gone that unfair.

It is not like they just lose it within a matter of days. This is a year we are talking about. If they don't want to log on once a year, they shouldn't be able to keep their customs, as a lot of customs are declined since so many ideas have been taken. But I do see where you are coming from.

So instead of, say, hiring an extra hand you suggest that we arm ourselves with more patience?
I understand the sentiment; I can even support it to some extend, but like I said; Cali is the one who checks CC and Sensei biographies and not to sound impatient... but my CC biography and Crutch Kaguya's biography have been sitting since the 4th of October.

Mine has been there since the 8th, but I still got Tobirama. So I am happy! xD

I think post count should be taken out and just use the join date instead, post counts have nothing to do with how long or how experienced you are with RP >.>

Sure it'd be a shitty job to only check biographies; but it'd help, wouldn't it? It'd smooth things out.
I've never understood why NB seemingly has such a hard time hiring Staff.

No. Just because someone joined in 2013 does not make them any less skilled than a 2008 member.

I think it should just stay as it is. I only have a life on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday so I spent my other days posting.

No. Just because someone joined in 2013 does not make them any less skilled than a 2008 member.

I think it should just stay as it is. I only have a life on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday so I spent my other days posting.

Yeah I completely understand and I agree with you as well. (Contradicting much? xD) I suppose my lack of free time as well as years of learning to how to be patient on here have helped me a bit to cope with things. Being a mod for a short period of time also opened my eyes to some things.

Although I dislike the requirement (or disliked I should say xD) of such high post counts for certain things, I understand it from their end somewhat. (At least I think so?) It prevents a LOT of trolls from attempting to join the RP or attempt to ruin it. I think an X amount of posts ensures the person is actively participating in the forums and thus, wouldn't leave all of the sudden causing the moderators and sensei who invested their time in his biography to go to waste. (Does that make sense? It made sense in my head.. xD)

Not really. I am training with Sharingdork and restarting all my training, and I believe I am better than some of the RP'ers currently in just basic five use. But with Sharingdork he will be my only teacher in basic five. It will take a solid few months to complete.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the rule implemented so that people visit other sections of the site?

It certainly would be a great idea yes but I still see some downsides to it. The biggest one I see is the spamming of even MORE biography tests xD Don't quote me on this but.. I THINK back in 2012 or so bio tests were a bit more.. exclusive.. and now we have gotten to the point where its a monthly ritual for 65% of the RPers.

What about changing the bio submission rules making them so that you need to wait 2 months instead of 1 in order to update/change a bio?
