No, if that's true naruto with the fox chakra cloak and his rasengan would have beat sasuke's black chidori, when they clashed at the water fall below, and the bridge. It didn't, stop going off what it said and actually take the information from the actual results

Basically my point is if two jutsus collide sheer destructive power plays a big role there. Rasenshuriken causes most of it's damage due to affecting the opponent to the cellular level, Kirin doesn't do that and that's why I said earlier that RS harms opponent more than Kirin.
But when it comes to clash of jutsus, Kirin dominates and reason is it is natural lightning directed by Raiton user without large amount of use of chakra and has higher amount of destructive power(compared to 'basic' Rasenshuriken, no sage mode..)

hmmmm true enough i guess i just figured kuramas chakra and the smaller size let him throw it, do to ma and pas comments on him throwing something as large and dense as the regular one.
