Kirin is actual lightning. There's a major differencer. Kirin>>>>Rasenshuriken. However, since Kirin takes so long to work, rasenshuriken is much more practical.

I disagree.

1. Kirin still requires chakra to manipulate so it's at the least a watered down jutsu (in terms of chakra)

2. Chakra jutsu have been used to defeat elements in natural states: Kakashi cut lightning with his Raikiri. Thus in some magnitude, the element reflects the properties of jutsu (otherwise Kakashi would have just died by electrocution).

Thus, the argument of Fuuton vs Raiton is valid.

Kirin has comparable power to small TBB, its much, much stronger than normal FRS. Odama FRS would win though.

but if FRS opens up into a huge sphere, it will loosen up Kirin's concentrated power.

Itachi used simple Form of susano ,, in order to survive from Kirin,,, I Think TBB can definatly tank that form of Susano

No it cannot.
Itachi has the best defense, Madara has the best offense, Sasuke has the best control.
Also depending on his or her condition the susanoo can deform as well
Ex: when sasuke formed his half skeleton susanoo vs Mizu and it deformed.

I know Itachi has the best defense, and I know for sure that a TBB isn't tanking his susanoo and neither is RS.

3. Lightning has never been stated to be >= Wind. In fact, it's weaker as stated by the manga.


Since Kirin actually operates by manipulating a small amount of lightning chakra with natural lightning, it's actually a jutsu with less lower in terms of chakra levels. Meaning a jutsu with more chakra and a trump element would win.

Lol..Naruto has used sage mode there so naturally it has higher amount of damage causing ability, OP nowhere said that it is Sage mode+Rasenshuriken, even Tenten's Kyuubi cloak with Rasengan can take out mountain..

If anyone here doesn't even know the difference between Raw Lightening and Lightening Release then He/she should log off for good. Kirin is pure Lightening. It blows Naruto to bits along with his measly Rasanshuriken. It literally blew apart an entire hill. Lol @ this base.

Sorry, he didn't add Sage chakra into the jutsu, he said he needs to use it in Sage mode because sage mode protects him from getting attacked by RS chakra needles or something like that.
Hence that was a normal wind chakra ONLY Rasen-Shuriken.

No, if that's true naruto with the fox chakra cloak and his rasengan would have beat sasuke's black chidori, when they clashed at the water fall below, and the bridge. It didn't, stop going off what it said and actually take the information from the actual results

if you are making argument on the RS vs Kirin including Naruto then Naruto has to be in Sage mode. SM Naruto can evade the attack as soon as the Kirin appears out of the clouds.

Nup, you can see sage markings under Naruto's eyes in the middle right panel, and he says 'I think I got it', so Naruto had sage mode activated, we can say it wasn't at the same level Naruto's sage mode was in the Pain arc, but he probably had it..:yeah:

Lightning requires a cloud change with electricity that Sasuke using His chakra can directed to a target,it's slow to gather and can essay for a strong Wind to disperse. Clouds disperse no lightning strike can occur. Have any droughts go to the Weather Channel for explanations.

Are you serious? Kirin is the second fastest thing in the series, its instant (well that would make susanoo spawn faster than kirin so third)

Having Sage mode markings AND adding Sage chakra to the jutsu are two different things.
