Itachi's susanoo had to use Yata Mirror to protect him. Kirin actually an destroy a mountain. However, it's still not a very practical jutsu.

For a normal FRS, I'd say Kirin because its power far surpasses a normal FRS even though Fuuton > Raiton. For Naruto's new Choudama FRS, I'd choose Naruto's new FRS if the two were to clash.

Rasen-shuriken was supposedly the ultimate ninjutsu technique since it combines the destructive wind element with the rasengan which is the ultimate form of shape manipulation...kirin comes from a height, so it has the advantage...but kirin was useless against itachi's susano...another problem with kirin is that after sasuke used it and itachi tanked it using his susano, sasuke could barely move...my final answer would be rasen-shuriken cause it is an attack you can't perform without SM...

Because Itachi has susano'o i.e way to protect himself, when you have to attack opponent and question is which causes more damage answer is Rasenshuriken, but when they clash it is Kirin...

Kirin has comparable power to small TBB, its much, much stronger than normal FRS. Odama FRS would win though.
