This jutsu remains active until you hit something that has equal power (or stronger) to it, thus cancelling it out. It can be used quite well to boost the effectiveness of Kenjutsu techniques.

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.

Now perform the Ram hand seal as you gather your lightning chakra. Then send it to one of your hands and point it up to the sky, releasing a strong bolt of lightning from your raised hand. Aim it at my clone sitting all calm and cool over there, be specific as to where you hit him.

*I Slap the Handseal Ram while gathering Lightning chakra and then throw my hand up into the sky. I then gather raiton chakra into my hand and shoot out a perfect shaped lightning bolt, aimed at the middle of your clones chest. It strikes your clone and sends him offf balance while simultaneously shocking him, filling his chest with lightning, Even shocking his heart. Your clone then falls down seriously hurt.*

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

Take two large shuriken and attach a very thin, conductive wire to them both (one wire for each of them...) and then charge your raiton chakra into them. Throw them at my clone and pin him to the tree he is standing in front of, then use your connection with the shuriken to send an electric shock through the wires to deliver a numbing shock.

*I pull two large shuriken from out of my weapons bag.*
Tada!! xd
*I then attach a wire as I prepare to throw them, while simultaneously channeling my lightning chakra into the super-conductive wire, which sends lightning to coat My windmill shuriken. I then throw the one in my right hand first, then toss the one in my left. I throw them in such a way that they both curve towards you, the right one staying in front. The Shuriken that was sent from right hand strikes you first, striking your hand and sticking into the tree behind you, bounding your hand to the tree. The one that was sent from my left hand strikes you in your opposite shoulder also sticking your shoulder to the tree once it pierces your shoulder and the tree, bounding your shoulder and hand, So that now you can't move. I then send a powerful shock , that is made even stronger by the conductive wire, that numbs your clone(Just realized I always say you, as if I'm attacking you) and makes his muscles extremely hard to move*

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

Charge you raiton chakra into your hands as you point them at my clone. Release a powerful current of purple lightning that obliterates him with it's sheer destructive power!

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.

Now this one is a bit tricky but can do two things. You may recall performing two jutsu in the d-ranks where you formed a shield around yourself and then made it explode? Well, this is pretty much that but it can be done with one technique. So, proceed to channel your lighting chakra all throughout your body and release it to form a solid sphere around you to protect you from my clone who is trying to tackle you. As he disperses I want you to use your chakra to send a burst of lightning, as a wave, towards my second clone to your left to kill him.

* I channel lightning into my body, making sure it courses through my body in powerful surges. Then I try to form it in front of me whilst using shape-manipulation to make it form the sphere. The sphere crackles with energy, and tonce your clone hits it, he immediately disperses. Then I send out all of the energy from the sphere and send it out in an powerful explosive wave aimed at your second clone. It explodes upon impact and kills your second clone.*
Can I move while using this tech??

Very good. To answer your question, you cannot move while using this technique. You form the shield all around you, that can stay up for 3-turns however as soon as you release it to do that attack the shield drops. You can cancel it, let it run it's course or let it get defeated if you want to move around.

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

Use your raiton chakra and condense it into an orb in front of you, once you have charged it, make sure it is brimming with energy, you will then use your lightning chakra to send it into the air above my clone. Once in place make the lightning give off many bolts of static that rain down over my clone.

* I charge My raiton chakra in my hand and make it into the shape of a ball. Then, I condense it and increase the lightning chakra Im putting into it. Now it crakles with energy and shines brilliantly, and as I let it float into the air above my clone. Then I make the lightning jump from the orb, raining down on your clone in the shape of little bolts. The bolts rain down and give your clone little shocks. Each bolt strikes you and resulting in your clone becoming paralyzed*

The bolts wont paralyze, they will just deliver a constant shock as each 'rain drop' of lightning hits your target.

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

So, time for a jutsu that would hopefully be quite familiar to you xd

You'll need to gather your raiton chakra as you perform the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey hand seals, where you will then focus all your raiton chakra into you hand. Release it in the form of a concentrated ball of lightning that shoots of small bolts of lightning while giving out a chirping sound. Thrust it into that large boulder over there and describe the impact to me.

Is this the chidori?? Ive waited forever to learn this tech!!
*Brimming with excitement, I quickly slap together the handseals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey then concentrate my raiton chakra in my hands. I kneel down a little and concentrate hanrder on my hand, pouring all my lightning chakra into it, and release it in the shape of a ball, lightning crackles from it. Once ai concentrate more on it, it makes a loud chirping sound, almost like te sound of a thousand birds. My hand glows bright with lightning energy, and pleased with my efforts, I get ready to strike the boulder. I rush towards the boulder, my hand at my side and once I approach the boulder, I turn my hand into 4 fingers and thrust through the boulder. Myhand pierces the boulder and breaks it, lightning going through the boulder, Splitting the boulder in half and crumbling it*

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

Now we have learnt the chidori, we must go back and learn another technique...

Hold out a large shuriken, a windmill shuriken will work for this, and then use that chidori you already have formed to infuse the shuriken with it... Then throw it at my clone and watch as the lightning is released into my clone, paralyzing him.

I then throw it at Shinta clone ( His official new name) and as it flys toward Shinta Clone it makes the same chirping sound my chidori made. Keeping in mind the same paralysing abilities of the chidori I want you to channel a chidori based lightning current all around your body at the same moment Shinta Clone attempts to punch you.

* I start sending chidori throughout my entire body, not focusing on controlling it, just releasing it from my body in small amounts. Once Shinta clone gets close and once he gets ready to punch me, I release all of it in a powerful wave that goes in all directions. Once it is released it makes a shrieking cry, as if from 1,000 birds. It releases and sends Shinta Clone flying upon impact,, sending him flipping through the air and knocking him to the ground. He is also slightly paralyzed*

This can be used in one of two ways: The first is the way you just did, by performing it as a full body cloak, the second is by channelling across the ground to reach mid-range. You can only do one of these two things for each use of this jutsu.

No, it does not break earth as it is non-focused lightning. It will only negate the earth chakra to stop the earth jutsu from finishing it's growth and/or stopping it heading towards you.

E.G. If I used earth spikes on you and then you used Nagashi (The jutsu you just learnt) the earth spikes will stop moving to stab you and possibly recede back into the ground.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.
