Hmmmm, decent, I guess.
We will now start focusing more on the elemental aspects of Lighting. Let's start by focusing your chakra into the air and into the clouds. Remember to send a lot of Raiton chakra. Once you have made the environment stormy (in a real battle, if it is already stormy, then there is no need to do this), then you can focus on bringing down Lightning strikes from the clouds you have hit with your Raiton chakra.
Let's give this a try, will we not? Hit one of those trees near us with a Lightning from the sky.
( Raiton no Heki ) – Lightning Release Wall

Description: The user manipulates their chakra and then releases it in front of them whilst holding their hands out and they generate a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. Yay. Im starting B-rank!!
* I focus lightning chakra around me and send it out. Instead of making it like bolts I just spread it out into the clouds and the air around us, making only the smallest surges. Once my raiton chakra is spread out high into the clouds, I bring up my hand and test it out. I create huge surges of electricity and strike the ground with the thunderbolts. Then I concentrate and throw down another lightning strike into the tree. Upon impact the tree is split by the lightning and catches fire. The tree is smoking and charred and is almost destroyed*

Alright, good. So I'll introduce to you something called zoning.
Originally a term from a game that I play a lot, it basically means manipulating or forcing your opponent to go where you want to. For example, a jutsu from the sky would keep them from going into the air to use jutsus there, and a move such as Swamp of the Underland would prevent them from staying on the ground. Lastly, something that is very dangerous close range, such as Lightning Plasma Barrier would discourage them from getting near you to use Taijutsu or such.
How does this apply to zoning?

Well with this lightning strike jutsu not only can I keep them out the air but also stop them from standing still and keep them on the move

Then, using your lightning chakra push up four really tall pillars of earth that is surging with lightning. Once they have completely emerged. I want you to shock my clone while also holding him in place with the lightning.
What would be a good follow up for this jutsu?

Woah thisll be fun!!
* As I start to gather up lightning chakra I slap together the handseals Ram>Boar>Dog>Bird. Then with enough raiton chakra stored I slam both my hands on the ground and channel lightning chakra around yu into 4 points. From there I make 4 pillars rise from each point. Each pillar is like a skyscraper and is fillex with lightning chakra. Then I let enough lightning flow through each lillar and send a powerful shock at your clone that paralyzez him.*
(Its 3 in the mornin so i canr really think straigh) Was that good?? And A Suiton attack would do more damage. Or a very destructive jirsu that can finish people off in onw hit

I get the idea of what you are saying but I just want to be sure you understand the jutsu ^^
You are right though, a water jutsu would be good but usually if a water jutsu is used to trap your target before using this jutsu, would deal a lot more damage. You are also right on using a large destructive jutsu, especially one that is normally avoid without much effort, as your target would be trapped and unable to avoid the brunt of the blow. Though don't use Earth jutsu when they are trapped by the lightning... for obvious reasons'

This next jutsu requires that you know a water jutsu, but it can be done just as easily over a pre-existing water source such as a lake or river. I want you to concentrate your raiton chakra into you hands and then place them near the lake my clone is standing on. Then release a large wave of lightning, allowing it to travel over the water towards my clone. The lightning will also spread outwards to cover all of the water surface within range, if you put enough chakra into it.
How would this apply to the concept of zoning?

Mhhhm… This applies to zoning because the only way the opponent can dodge this is by jumping in the air. And you can plan forbwhen that happens.

Good, I was thinking more along the lines the if you opponent sees you use this on a water source near them, they would think twice about going near water or using water to attack you. In time, when you have learnt some water jutsu, you will a water technique before hand and then follow up with this jutsu, boosting the power of both the attacks to create a decent combination attack.
I want you to gather your raiton chakra into your hands and then clap your hands together, releasing the lightning so that it starts to crackle around your hands. Then slam them on the ground and send a directed current, almost looking like a tendril, towards my clone. As it approaches the clone, break the tendril into two pieces to attack the large rock next to him as well.
Good, I was thinking more along the lines the if you opponent sees you use this on a water source near them, they would think twice about going near water or using water to attack you. In time, when you have learnt some water jutsu, you will a water technique before hand and then follow up with this jutsu, boosting the power of both the attacks to create a decent combination attack.

Then I slammed my hand against the ground and sent a current of lightning towards you. It tore through the ground as it surged towards you. As it approached your clone I split it into two tendrils, one went to the left towards the rock and the other one to the right towards your clone. The first tendril strikes the rock, piercing it and breaking it apart. The second one strikes your clone in the chest destroying it*
