This next one I'll need you to raise your hand up to the sky, gathering the lightning energy from it. Then, as you touch my clone you will release the gathered lightning into him to shock him to death.

What would be a downside to this jutsu?

* I recover from laughing at my joke (It was really funny) Then raise my hand in the air. I gather lightning from the clouds and connect it, Then channel it into a single strike and send it at your clones head. It hits your cloone and strikes through the earth in a brilliant flash.It leaves the ground smoking and charred where it hit, as well as split the earth.
This is very powerful… But it took me a considerable amount of time to perform. Plus, I have to stand still while using it… Its unusable in most situaions

You have to release this lightning strike from your hand not the sky, you just put you hand up to gather lightning energy. Elaborate on what you mean by unusable in most situations? You are correct on the time it takes to perform though...

Wat i meant was unusable because of the time it takes to use. In the heat of battle.you need to use rather quick jutsu so to defend from your opponents jutsus and then counterattack. My opponent could use a jutsu thats quick before i can attack. So this really wouldnt be used, except maybe as a first move or I have more time

If you use this as a follow up to another jutsu it would also work well as your opponent would be occupied with whatever jutsu you used first. Follow up with this one and you should be able to get in close to deal the finishing blow.

First you will have to use your water chakra to create a field of water under my clone, then you will gather your lightning chakra and send a powerful wave of lightning to shock the water and my clone standing on it.

* I stomp my feet and force water to come up from the ground underneath you. Then I concentrate lightning in my body and send out a wave of electricity and once it hits the water, sends a powerful electrical current that courses through your clones body. Dispersing him*
The water was to send an extra powerful current. It strengthened the lightning ans made the attack more effective

Excellent, you covered both aspects of the water. It also if effective as it helps to concentrate the lightning in one spot, defying electricity's natural tendency to spread out over a large surface.

Description: The user will create a field of water under the opponent before shocking them with a lightning attack.

Gather a large, condensed amount of raiton chakra in your preferred hand and release it as pure lightning. Shape the lightning so that it extends outwards into a long whip of lightning, make sure it is flexible enough to imitate the movement of a real whip. Lash out and wrap it around me clones neck.

While you have him there why is this a particularly useful jutsu? Think about what may happen if my clone couldn't break your whips grip on him.

* I gather lightning into my dominant and and then maje it semi-physical. Stretching it into a long concentrated lightning whip. I spin it aroundand make sure its flexible then I whip it around your clones neck. The whip shocks him, paralyzing him as your clone struggles to break the whips grip on its neck*
This jutsu paralyzes and shocks the opponent while also restricting him. And if he cant break I can use another attack on himxe as well.

Indeed. Very good then, though your opponent may be able to break it quite easily with a wind jutsu so it may be best to latch on to a wrist or ankle to trip them up a little.

Charge your raiton chakra into your preferred hand and release it as a stream of lightning that you will send towards my clone. Use shape manipulation to make the lightning at the front of the stream, take the shape of a running wolf, with the remaining lightning attached to him and your hand as a sort of leash.

Now chase my clone around for a bit O__O

* I charge lightning into my right hand and shoot out a stream of raiton ch7akra. Then I make the tip of the stream change shape. I make it changeit shape until it looks sorta like a wolf. Then I force it to start running and it chases your clone, trying to chew its ass off

Charge your raiton chakra into the back of your throat, then open you mouth and manipulate the lightning to create a dense spear as you fire it at my clone. Be specific as to where you strike him and tell me why you targeted there?

*I force raiton in my body and charge it in my throat and change the shape to be long with a pointes tip. Then I fire it out of my body in the shape of a spear, the spear aimed at the middle of your clones chest. My spear shoots straight through your clones chest and dispperses it.*
I aimed at the middle of his cheat because the chest is wider and easier to hit.

Good reasoning, it is also packed with organs that if pierced could mean the death of your target.

You can also split the spear to hit multiple points/opponents.

If you have learnt the shadow clone technique this would be a bit easier, but still manageable if you don't know it!

I want you to hold a mental image of yourself in the back of your mind, focus on as much detail about yourself as possible. Them gather your raiton chakra and release it from your body, concentrating it in the space just off to your side. Shape the lightning chakra into a rough humanoid form and then proceed to finalise all the details that will make it look like an exact copy of yourself. Make sure you use your lightning chakra to give it a solid form so that it can take a hit, as well as enough chakra to be able to perform lightning jutsu.

Can you think of any good uses for this type of clone?

* I focus on my own appearance, trying to get everything right.. Then I focus my raiton chakra and push it off to my left. I create the raiton chakra into my shape, Once I make sure the shapes right, I try to make it look like he has my same clothes and make his skin color the same as mine. After that I check him to make sure he looks exactly like me, Then I make him solid so that he looks like just another version of me, and has a sufficient amount of chakra.*
He can help to attack my opponent more effectively, We can use jutsu that would make each other stronger in sync

Good, though you must remember that this type of clone can ONLY use up to b-rank lightning jutsu.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself infused with his lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

Now, if you don't have a sword you may borrow mine. Then charge your lightning chakra into the sword, then make sure your raiton chakra is coating the entire blade. Then manipulate the raiton chakra, increasing it's vibrations unitl you hear a slight humming noise emanating from it, giving it the cutting power to easily cut throw normal weapons. Now proceed to cut this windmill shuriken clean in two as it flies towards you, then slice through the clone of mine threw it at you.

*I start to channel my raiton chakra up my arms until it reaches my sword. Then, I make sure that it concentrates on the sword and eminates it in a glowing blue light. I then hold out the sword and focus more chakra into the sword until I hear a strong humming sound.*
This should be good. Could you use this for CW's? Even if its not a sword more
like a gauntlet. Well more like 4 extra arms made out of metal

I would think it is only good for swords, but CW's that are swords should also be fine. Unless they are designed for a competing chakra nature like wind or something.

*I use my now fully lightning charged sword and slash the shuriken. Upon impact it makes a loud metal-on-metal scraping noise and splits the shuriken in half. The two pieces go seperate ways and pierce the ground.*
