Now, first proceed to tell me why you want to learn Raiton and how you think you can use it creatively?

Well I want to learn raiton to paralyze enemies to create openings for other attacks and to use high level techniques such as raikiri or kirin.
there are a couplr of ways i can use it creatively. I can fuse it with suiton
(once.i learn it) to make more powerful attacks. As i said earlirr i can paralyze
my enemies to create openings and i can strem lightning chakra through a weapon to make it twice as deadly

Excellent. So now, what do you know of Raiton's weaknesses and strengths?

Raitons weakness is futon. this is because wind is a natural insulator
Its strong against earth. It travels through and.breaks earth into pieces. Suiton also gives raiton a boost in power

 

[Adachi]

Water is a natural conductor. Lightning spread in every direction and shocked me. Tat is why suiton gives raiton a power bost

Okay, but focus on the Lightning attributes.
You need to replicate that with your own chakra.

hmmm... chakra generates lightning by increasing high frquency vibrations. lightning is
released from the body and is not solid.it isnt quite as fast as true lightning thoigh. but by combining raiton witj raw cjakra it can reach the ground in less than half a second demonsytated by sasuke and his kirin

Very good. Now, try and do that with your very own chakra and summon small lightning bolts within the palms of your hand.

Ok sensei
*I concentrate chakra into my hand. A small blue light glows in
my hand. As i start to try to concentrate more the blue light glows brighter
I then pour my lightning chakra from my hand into my water and small blue bolts of lightning appear in my hand.*
Is this good sensei??

Great so far. Now, proceed to aim those bolts at my clone and tell me the impact.

* I point both my hands that are now charged with lightning at your clone. Upon impact it shocks your clone and makes him dissapear. *
Hit first hit the body of the clone and lightning spread through it and
destroyed your clone

And i had struck your clone in in it/his chest. The bolts shot in its chest and went through its whole body. shocking him and destroying the clone

Yeah. It does that xd And it takes to long if i make to many mistakes.
* Focuses the lightning chakra that is already in my hand and makes it more
powerful by increasing the high frequency vibrations of my chakra. I then lift my hands high and then slam it on the ground*
RAITON NO JUTSU!!!
*Tue lightning chakra travels towards you through the earth crumbling the earth. Once it reaches your feet it jumps into your body and paralyzes you*

It doesn't jump into my body, it's supposed to target the feet. >.> What would happen if your feet was struck with Lightning?
