Right Sempai I'll remember that advice

*I run away from the four training dummies which have labels on their heads they are in order from right to left:
"Blizzard Sempai!"
"Scorps"
"Scary Yamato"
"God damn -Logic-"
*I begin to concentrate my Raiton chakra as I bring my hands together concentrating very hard on distributing even amounts of chakra in each hand. An electrical energy begins to crackle around me so I very quickly slam my hands down onto the ground releasing my built up Raiton chakra from my hands all at once. An electrical current begins making it's way along the earth below our feet at a high speed, when it is near all of the dummies it splits apart into different tendrils and zooms straight for each of the dummy's heads. The attack connects and knocks them all flying back.*

You attack my gorgeous, handsome dummy! I will let that go for now, next up;

It was just to get you in some way motivated for our end of training spar

*I walk up to the tree and mark an 'X' in it with a kunai then I walk backwards until I'm about ten feet away from the tree. I slowly raise my hands towards the sky and outstretch all of my fingers. I begin to draw in the lightning chakra from the sky and once I have enough I concentrate on my accuracy in order to hit the 'X'. I release all of the gathered chakra and shoot it at the tree hitting the 'X' but missing the centre by inches*

I thought that would help my accuracy if I put the 'X' there obviously I need to work on it more

when I use this jutsu does it create the water or do I have to use a water jutsu before I use it and do I have to choose a different lightning jutsu too?

Its a collaboration jutsu, and I believe it creates the water. I will ask Riku.. and confirm it.

Yes he did;

It actually creates its own water source; I'll find the video of the technique where I found that out from and send it to you when I can, but if you're going to use it like that, be sure that your opponent knows this too, because most people don't know (I usually post the video link). Basically, with one hand seal you make a small pool of water (about 5 meter diameter) and then a string of hand seals is made after that and as that set of hand seals is done the water gets electrified.

I begin to concentrate my Suiton chakra throughout my body and perform one handseal in order to create a pool of water under the dummy, the pool is about five meters in diameter. Then I perform more handseals and when I have finished weaving them the pool of water gets electrified but the dummy is not affected.*

There I did it. By the way I was wondering if when we finish this training you could keep me on and teach me all of the water jutsus it's fine if you can't but I'd be very grateful if you could.

Well there's one thing I can think of if a person is weaving a lot of handseals for a jutsu you could use this one to stop him since to create the water you only need one handseal. Since the water pool appearing under him would disorient him and upset his continuation of the handseals and then a little electrocution on the side.

*I set up a dummy, slap a picture of Scary Yamatos face on it and walk away from it until I'm at mid range from it. I begin to concentrate my Raiton chakra into both my hands and I begin to generate my Raiton chakra. When it is visible in my hands I whip it at the dummy twice doing quite a bit of damage to it.

That one was for you Sempai

Adv: Well I'm pretty sure this would work but double check it for me. If you're opponent is on water and I perform this jutsu I could 'whip' with one hand and aim for the water and 'whip' with the other hand and aim for him to do extra damage.

Dis adv: you generate the chakra in both hands so if your opponent comes up with an effective counter you're at a range capable of being hit by a powerful jutsu and you wouldn't have enough time to react.
