This is false without kurama chakra leaking into his reserves and increasing them over time not to forget kyubi recovery speed and endurance etc. Naruto would have iruka level chakra.
He loses endurance, recovery speed and any kyubi enhancements ever. He is so pathetic he needed yang chakra of kyubi and sage mode to enhance it to match the yin chakra of sasuke.
He needs kyubi host powers to enhance his body and it's lifforce to get the lifforce of the sage. In essence it's kyubi doing everything only naruto directing it.
