Doesn't matter if it was Kurama's chakra, using it still exhaust Naruto as shown after he protected the Whole alliance from Obito's Madara's and the Juubi's attacks; it left Naruto, who was in KM, in base and exhausted and this is after he's already a perfect Jinchuuriki. Naruto also has his and Yang Kurama's chakra nearly all absorbed by the God tree. He had to be given chakra from Yin Kurama for the second time and used most of it before getting Yang Kurama extracted so his body was pushed to its limits many times yet he fought the longest and hardest in the war.
