I myself find her pretty tbh. The color of her hair and eyes match very well imo. I don't find her face ugly as well, it's better drawn than the ones of most other girls in the NV so yeah. That's my opinion.

Sakura personality/as a character has not changed one bit.

She still has hit first, ask questions later, she isn't understanding, and not to mention she still worries about "How Sasuke thinks about her" after 600+ chapters worth of development.
