I probably missed some. z.z

(Genjutsu: Kawarimi ) Illusion Technique: Substitution
Type: Defensive
Rank: D-B Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 10-20
Damage: N/A
Description:
A simple technique, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones, since the escape is his movement and, as such, is limited to small scaled attacks or normal paced ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with the usage of Genjutsu, the more effective and strong the illusion will be and more times can it be used.
Note: This version can only be used by ninjas without a Sharingan.
Note: Genjutsu users can use the technique thrice per match, D-Rank; Secondary Genjutsu Specialists can use the technique four times per match, C-Rank; Primary Genjutsu Specialists can use the technique five times per match; B-Rank.
Note: Movement speed is bound by the users rank.

( Genjutsu: Iwa Kōka Genjutsu ) - Illusionary Arts: Rockslide Genjutsu
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: This is a technique that can be cast on multiple targets. The user creates an illusion where their target(s) experience several explosions going off near and around them. The ground around and beneath the target(s) will begin to collapse and cause panic and mental damage from the perceived reality of the explosions. The technique, however, is weak when cast upon multiple targets as it only takes one individual to release the technique for large groups of people.
Note: This technique can be cast on multiple targets but when done it only takes one person to release the technique for all parties involved with genjutsu kai. However all members need to be within short range distance.

( Shinkirō no Jutsu ) - Mirage Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30 (+15 per turn active)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The Giant Clam manifests a realistic mirage of itself along with its summoner, the Second Mizukage, which is almost impossible for most observers to distinguish from the real thing. This property makes the technique ideal for concealing the actual location of either individual, resulting in confusion amongst the opposition as their attacks are rendered ineffective and they attempt to ascertain the pair's true positions. However, to maintain the illusion, the clam must continually exude a mist from its siphons throughout the entire duration of the ability.
Note: Can only remain active for 3 turns.

Decided on the following four techniques, for different reasons.
( Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu ) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

( Genjutsu: Jinmon ) - Illusion Technique: Interrogation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: The user of this technique, upon casting on a stationary opponent with physical contact with them, is able to convince the enemy to give away information. However, this will only work on ninja two ranks lower and below than the caster.

( Magen: Hanarasui ) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40 due to stress on the mind
Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.

( Magen: Chō Shinka ) - Demonic Illusion: Butterfly Evolution
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes one handseal, placing the opponent in a genjutsu. The user then tosses a large number of explosive tags at the opponent. To the opponent, it looks as if they are countless butterflies. The opponent then believes they are sinking into the ground, in reality making them immobilized; this allows the user to place one final exploding tag on their forehead before detonating all the tags simultaneously.

You continue to disappoint. The latter three jutsu you've already learned in other methods and the first one is falls more under concealment. They have nothing to do with what I've described to you regarding the method.

( Genjutsu: Kasumi ) - Illusion Technique: Servant
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user does one handseal and throws a paper bomb at the enemy. The enemy, trapped in a genjutsu will see a clone of the user advancing upon him. As the paper bomb reaches the enemy, it explodes

( Magen: Narakumi ) - Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.

( Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka ) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 35
Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

You continue to disappoint.
I think my main question is whether or not the victim's chakra flow returns to normal after the illusionary stimuli end. Also, the Hell Fire technique refers to a target, so could one potentially make it seem like, say, a summoning is the target rather than the victim?

You're asking fundamental questions. Yes, the chakra flow returns to its normal balanced state once a genjutsu is released.

What is the definition of the target? Anything you direct your jutsu at. What is the definition of a victim? Anybody subject to your transgressions against them? Do these words not work hand in hand? Whoever you target is your victim. Who qualifies? Any and everything that is susceptible to genjutsu.

Were you under the impression that you couldn't use most, if not all genjutsu, against summons?

The victim sees what the user makes them. The technique specifies the user creating a massive descending fireball. Now, I suppose the user can make their opponent see the fireball descend somewhere other than their victim but to do so on another living entity would give it away.

Example:

You and your summon vs. me. I used the technique on you but make it so you see the fireball descend and hit your summoning animal. If it were you, you'd be screaming and feeling the effects as though you're actually being burned alive. Your summon won't because he is not under the illusion. Your summon sees and feels nothing pertaining to the illusion so when it hits and you see him burning: 1) You'll see your summon has not dispersed 2) you'll see your summon acting as it was prior to the descending fireball.

Another example would be if you were with a comrade. If you were to warn your comrade about a descending fireball and he/she did or saw nothing it's another means of giving away your technique. It would be a different story if you cast the technique on both targets so they both experienced the same thing.

Now, the first list that you made, with the exception of the Mizukage's collaboration genjusu with his clam, give me the exploits and methods to figure your way of the illusions like you did last time. Start with those.

Illusion Technique: Substitution
- unsure about exploits; since it's a purely defensive technique, how it functions seems to lack palpable flaws (aside from preventing the use of any other technique. Naturally, if the victim has at least one additional pair of eyes on the field, the technique is pretty much useless. Regardless, it's only viable when dealing with freeform.

Illusionary Arts: Rockslide Genjutsu
- another unusual illusion, as in spite of being able to affect multiple targets, it only takes one of the victims to dispel the illusion for those within short-range. If just one individual takes an evasive countermeasure (e.g. D-rank earth pillar), then the failure of their technique to also collapse should make the presence of an illusion quite evident to all involved persons. Beyond that, the description is also somewhat contradictory - exemplified by the words "cause panic and mental damage," when no damage point value is explicitly attributed to the illusion.

Substitution is completely ineffective to 3t Sharingan users and above. That's really the only big downside to this technique as it is, that and the fact you cannot attack if you wish to keep up the jutsu. Other than that, it's a chance to use the Substitution technique more than once.

I didn't make the final edits for this technique so that mental damage crap is just empty space.

Explain the rest that I gave you and we'll move on to the last set of genjutsu.

( Genjutsu: Kasumi ) - Illusion Technique: Servant

I would simply attack the clone with a projectile attack as if it were indeed the actual enemy or a tangible clone. Assuming it's not a particularly narrow technique, my counter would detonate the bomb in addition to continuing on. Since this illusion doesn't conceal the user, I would attempt to target both the illusionary clone and real body.

( Magen: Narakumi ) - Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing

I honestly don't get this illusion, at all. Does the opponent arbitrarily decide what the image gets to be, or do I have to actually play along with it? Even if I'm momentarily stricken with fear, the image shouldn't last for more than a brief window of time. There's nothing explicitly stating how long the effects last, after all.

( Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka ) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire

I would react in much the same way I would in regards to the first technique. I feel like Water Release: Severing Wave could be used to target the opponent and the illusionary fireball in either order. Attacking the illusion first would reveal its true nature, and since the water technique is a stream, the user could redirect it without it losing any power due to the fireball being incorporeal.

( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow

Nothing special at all, and the image I looked up seems like an obvious illusion. I'd continue the above approach.

The last two methods are concealment and hypnotic genjutsu.

Concealment is easy to understand, these techniques deal with hiding one's presence from their opponent. Most of the canon techniques are kind of obvious techniques so, while they may hide you they would not necessarily hide the fact that an illusion was cast in the first place. A good concealment technique would encompass hiding one's presence and discretion akin to the techniques we discussed in the previous method. False images that force your opponent to believe one event happened (such as your death) occurs while you actually hide yourself and counter attack. My blood of the enemy causes opponents to perceive their comrades as the user/enemy and instinctively both comrades should go after each other. Even if they didn't though, the user would still be unseen, unheard, basically hidden from the five senses until the illusion is broken.

Hypnotic techniques are techniques that deal with detaching an opponent's consciousness from them and/or rendering their body to the user's whims. Most of these sort of techniques belong to the Uchiha and are heavily restricted. At the moment I'd even go as far as to say they are auto DNRs. We dealt with one already, interrogation technique. That works on opponents weaker than oneself and forces them to relay information. There is only one more in the system and it's a simple "fall asleep technique." I'd guess that Yin-Release customs may be able to get a pass at hypnosis to a degree. However, we've always had restrictions on controlling other people's bios.

If you have any questions ask them now, otherwise go ahead the concealment techniques in the jutsu list and the remaining hypnotic technique.

Concealment Type: seemingly already done earlier in the thread.
Hypnotic Type:

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes one handseal, placing all the targets in the area under an illusion where feathers appear to fall from the sky. This slowly puts the opponents to sleep after one turn.

The only weakness to this illusion is that it takes a full turn for the target to fall asleep, which gives them amble time to ascertain and dispel the technique. Assuming the enemy isn't incompetent, the user would likely need to keep them sufficiently preoccupied.
