The Germa 66 retreated.
Fully recovered Big Mom appears in front of Jinbe and Co.
Big Mom asks them, "Life or Death?"
Luffy and Co. are eating food cooked by Sanji on the ship.
Snack doesn't appear in this chapter.
Whole Cake Island has come to an end now. The cover page of the next issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will be about the upcoming arc.
Detailed Summary (from Redon)
- Title "END ROLL".
- On the cover of the Jump we have all the protagonists of their series dressed in outfits from other series. For example, Luffy is dressed in the Izuku Midoriya costume of Boku no Hero Academy.
- At the beginning of the chapter we see how Sanji remembers his first encounter with Peter, when he asks him to save his people (when Inuarashi and Nekomamushi are crucified and so on).
- After this little flashback we see Sanji looking at the horizon, pensive and depressed by Pedro's death.
- Carrot arrives and tries to cheer him up. She smiles and pat him on the head but in the end she breaks down crying and it's Sanji who has to cheer her up.
- We see how Chopper heals Luffy from his wounds when they finally escape from their pursuers.
- We went to Pudding, which is still in the alley. Remember briefly everything that has happened in the last days.
- Finally we get to the kiss scene, Oda the account as if it were a roll of film.
- Pudding takes Sanji's cigarette, hugs him and kisses him (we do not see the kiss but it is clear).
- While Sanji hallucinates and his eyes turn to hearts, Pudding tears that piece of memory from his head with tears in his eyes and then leaves.
- Already in the present we see Pudding crying inconsolably with that piece of memory of Sanji in his hands.
- On Cocoa Island, the Germa 66 gives the order to withdraw.
- We go to the Mirroworld, someone takes the hat from Katakuri's face and he wakes up. It has been Brulée.
- Although Katakuri feels a bit of embarrassment for her face, she does not seem to care.
- We see a little flashback of their childhood. First we see Katakuri eating like a glutton next to Perospero, Oven and Daifuku.
- Then we see a scene where someone cut the face of Brulée small causing the scar on her face. Katakuri angered and ended with those who damaged his sister, since then cover his face with the scarf.
- Already in the present, we see how Brulée heals his brother while waiting for the rest of the family to arrive.
- Big Mom arrives at Isla Cacao, the whole family is exultant. The Germa has not managed to flee yet.
- In front of Jinbe, Aladding, Judge, Ichiji, Niji, Reiju ... Big Mom says "Live or Death" ...
- We went to Sunny what seems to be a time later. We see Luffy, Chopper, Brook and Carrot very happy waiting for Sanji's food.
- At the same time in the new Baratie, some pirates impatiently wait for Zeff's food despite the fact that the rest of the chefs do not want to feed them.
- In the Sunny everyone is at the table waiting for Sanji's food.
- On a beautiful final page we see Sanji and Zeff delivering the food at the same time.

Katakuri is the mvp of the chapter once again. I'm starting to wonder if Oda plans on killing off Big Mom in the future and making Katakuri the new BMP captain. Meanwhile, Smoothie is still being useless. Her uselessness is easily one of the top 5 biggest problems with this arc.
Sanji got a raid suit from Niji, but he doesn't want to use it. Chopper and Luffy are begging him not to throw it away since he might be able to fire laser beams, but he's like "hell no, leave laser beams to Franky". Nami managed to bring Zeus along. Sanji and Zeus are arguing over who's Nami's slave, and Sanji says he was here first so he should be.
Sanji's bounty went up to 330.000.000 berries for his participation in the Big Mom assassination plot. (And now it says Dead oralive).
Sanji's happy that he's worth more than Zoro finally, but it pisses him off that they wrote his whole name on the bounty poster because he doesn't want to be associated with his family.
Luffy sees his bounty went down to 150 million and cries.(Luffy read it wrong, it's 1.5 Billion)
Shirahoshi is going to the reverie, because she doesn't want Luffy to call her weak anymore.
Luffy's legend is spreading, they said his actions against Big Mom have inspired younger pirates. We see Crocodile reading the paper, Dalton, Vivi, Capone & Chifon, Update: So the people are gathering for the Reverie, but Queen Komane of the Rurushia Kingdom was kidnapped and when Akainu hears about it he's pissed. Meanwhile Rebecca and the Dressrosa folk are reading about Luffy in the paper.
The pirates are aiming to kidnap Viola next, but Coby and Hemeppo put a stop to that and rescue the queen.
Coby is happy to the point of tears that Luffy is still advancing in his dreams, and awaits the time they'll meet again.
They --Coby and Hemeppo take over guarding the Dressrosa ship as Rebecca asks if Coby likes Luffy but he responds they're enemies.
We transition over to Kaidou who asks why the person who interrupted his deal is with that "old lady". Similarly, we cut to Blackbeard says it's too soon for Luffy to be an "emperor".
The papers are reporting that Luffy "beat" Big Mom and so they're considering him like a fifth emperor. Big Mom is none too pleased with the fake news Big Mom swears revenge against Morgans and Luffy.
Meanwhile we finally see Shanks who says that the time for them to meet again is coming soon...

I wonder if Oda actually intends for Luffy to solo Kaido. With people calling him the fifth emperor and all, and giving him this much hype its crazy honestly.
Also Luffy now has the highest known bounty in the series.

Revolutionary Army moved its headquarter to Kamabakka Kingdom after they lost Baltigo.
Many RA including Ivankov already gather at Kamabakka Kingdom. Dragon decides to declare war against Celestial Dragons in Reverie.
Famous 4 RA commanders appear in Lurucia Kingdom (mentioned in chapter 903) where Pinkbeard is attacking citizens. Pinkbeard is under the umbrella of Blackbeard and has 52 million bounty.

Morley (West Army) Giant. He appears from under the ground. His okama speech style is scary...
Belo Betty (East army) She calls the citizens in the kingdom as "trash" since they don't have the courage to fight pirates.
Lindbergh (South Army)
Karasu (North Army) Karasu means crow in Japanese. Seems like Karasu is the one who were talking with Sabo in Dressorosa.
Belo Betty encourages the citizens to fight pirates with her DF called Kobu Kobu no mi, meaning encourage-encourage.
Belo: "Now what are you gonna do, you trash citizens!? Fight or die!! Choose your own fate!!"
Lindbergh freezes pirates' pistols with "Cool Shooter". Karas let his crows to take away swords from pirates. Citizens grab weapons (sticks?) and fight courageously. As a result, citizens with RA commanders win the fight.
Pinkbeard tells them that Blackbeard will get angry, but actually Blackbeard is not a kind of pirates who cares about his defeated subordinates according to Belo.
Belo says that they never discard the weak citizens who have the courage to fight.
She tells citizens to receive the award from WG about Pinkbeard. She gives a contact paper about RA and tells them to feel free to call RA anytime.
