Well, I thought we'd finally be able to see people shut the **** about Fujitora not doing anything, but it seems that we've just found a new way to complain about it. Just no pleasing some people, I suppose.

Edit: Anyone else think the shading at the ends of Doffy's Awakened Strings is Busoshoku, or could it just be blood? I don't which one I'd prefer more.
Or it could be both.

The fighters from the Colosseum were having a hard time with the Officers (Gladius, Dellinger, etc). The Officers are in no way close to the Elite Officers (Pica, Diamante, etc). Trebol, one of the Elite Officers, was kicked around by base Luffy.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think the fighters would stand a chance against an injured Doflamingo.

This is not just an injured Doflamingo, he was injured enough by the gamma knife back then and this was brought up by luffy many times and after the onslaught of gear 4 doflamingo is clearly at death's door, he even pointed out that he doesnt have enough stamina to fight the fodder warriors from the colosseum, after waking up from the lion bazooka or something Doflamingo was trembling around and was wobbling while fighting the colosseum fighters, the guy is barely standing while the warrios+ zoro+ a complete healthy cav would be enough to bring down doflamingo, Luffy isnt the only ray of hope, how can an out off commission guy be the ray of hope at this rate is ridiculous because there are many strong enough fighters to gang doflamingo, hell an healthy Zoro would be enough, we usually tend to like OP because of how well written it i compared to other shonen mangas, but no matter how well written we think OP is its still sticking to the shonen cliche that the main guy is the main hope to defeat the main villain, I loved One piece because its unpredictable and that's what's so great about this manga but everything is so predictable now that its laughable at this point, I can certainly see how Luffy wakes up and beats the hell out of Doffy in the last second before birdcage closes into the people, its forced drama, no matter how u look at it.

What I loved about part 1 OP is that Luffy got to beat the main villain of the arc not because of the shonen cliche but because he was always the only guy on the island/country strong enough to defeat it but its not the same case here, everyone screaming that Luffy is our ray of hope when u literally got the nr.2 revo in the island and one ****ing admiral who for some weird/unknown reason is ready to see thousand of people die and on top of it u add someone with the power of healing fighters temporary and reviving the colosseum fighters adding more question-marks as to why they dont just gang on Doffy and for some stupid reason Kyros who healthy would be enough to beat doflamingo at this rate prefers to stay injured even though before he said that I didnt come for a 1v1 after beating diamante, and the most weird of all she doesnt heal Luffy but heals an running fodder around dressrosa who's ankle is tripped, the number of inconsistencies in this chapter are unreal and stupid.

Dat plote hole an admiral can not stop birdcage really now sounds like a plot divice
Man that was soooo disappointing from Oda !! I mean , come ooooon !! A ****ing admiral can't handle the bird cage even when Doffy is in his worst condition ?! GTFO !!!

In the chapter where zoro defeated pica who said a chant that across the seas and oceans there is nothing he can't cut so why don't he cut down the birdcage instead of trying to push it back. I'm sure the birdcage isn't indestructible. It's only made of strings after all
I was thinking the same but then i just remembered : have you ever seen a string or cable under tension gets cut ?? It's horrifying !! ther cutted string would bounce in a random pattern with a high speed, and it's pretty dangerous. imagine the bird cage that is under a lot of tension gets cut , all the strings that made it would bounce back on the head of people inside of it. Cutting the bird cage is not the answer , they should push it back

1. That just means Doffy's level is higher than you expected

2. Nothing indicates that the Bird Cage is gonna be weaker just because Doffy is weaker, which quite frankly makes no sense

3. I'd like to know what exactly do you envision Fujitora should do about Bird Cage.

1) I accept that i didn't think Doffy would be this powerful , but not in a scale that a combination force of everybody plus an ADMIRAL can't hold off his birdcage !!

2) It's only my opinion, but i think it makes sense. DF power has direct relation to the users condition. you can clearly see it in Law's case. Your comment is correct only if we assume that Doffy has nothing to do with birdcage after he sets it up. but as we saw last chapter he has control over it's speed, so he has connection with it.

3) this one is a little more complicated, first of all i don't agree with some people that fuji should knock doffy out. oda made that clear that fuji will not fight doffy long time ago. then he can only stop the bird cage. I told another person earlier that cutting birdcage is not the answer, because when a string under tension gets cut, it will bounce back with a high speed and is pretty dangerous. so Fuji only can push it back, and here is my problem !! his gravity ability is just the best way to do that !! he should apply that power to the middle height of the birdcage in a 360 degree, that should easily push back the birdcage !

Go read the chapters again. Does Zoro, or Fujitora, or Bartolomeo, or the rest of the ones pushing the cage, know that Luffy's down? If my memory serves, nothing suggests that any of these people know that Luffy needs time to replenish his haki. Does any of them actually know Doflamingo is as injured as he is? Just 'cause you see everything in the narrator's point of view, doesn't mean other characters are.

I say read something w/ actual quality to exercise your brain.
I should stop reading your posts, then.

Then what has been Viola doing all this time, she has been in touch with everything that's going on to dressrosa and could easily tell that doffy's at death door while Luffy needs minutes to replenish his trength but instead she challenges him head on with a whole army of strong fighters being around? Not to mention the number of dwarves around the country or even mansherry being on top of another dwarf scattering her tears around considering how tight has dressrosa become due to birdcage.

Oh, here like I said:

In chapter 785, , while running past Franky, Zoro informs him of his plan to buy time. No more than , as much as twenty minutes has already gone by (assuming there's nothing wrong with the translation). At this point, Zoro hadn't even reached the Birdcage. You see where I'm getting at? This means it'd take him, and the rest of the ones pushing the cage, twenty minutes or more to get to Doflamingo, if they were to fight him. They don't have that kind of time now.

I don't really understand what's happening in this thread.

Look back at dressrossa and now tell me, how many attacks have actually done any serious damage to doflamingo?

Let's see, Red Hawk (Luffy), Injection shot (on the same spot as Luffy's attack by law), Gamma knife (Law)
And all these attacks landed on doffy because they were sneak attacks.
So Thinking that Cavendish good beat doffy even is a joke, according to doffy's own words "He does not need stamina to get rid of Fodders" and cavendish is a fodder compared to doffy.

Also there are reason's why others are not interfeering,
Zoro - Cause they don't interfere in their captains battle. And I doubt he strong/fast enough to hurt doffy.
Fujitora - He can only use his blindness as a shield, and cannot do anything directly to doflamingo as the WG will know (considering the CP0 is on the island) and they will immediately decommission him from his post.
Sabo - No matter how much you want to under-rate burgess, he is a strong guy and Sabo cannot do much with Burgess wanting to steal his fruit.
Law - Even after Mansherry's help he is knocking on the death's door.
Burgess - He is simply not interested.

These are the only people who could deal the finisher to doffy, but they all have their reasons not to interfere.
And as I said, Oda tends to give Powerscaling a backseat when it comes to plot. So right now a Gear 3 Luffy, another red Hawk, Gear 4 Luffy are the only things that could actually deal the finisher to doffy.

P.S: Luffy is not injured for Mansherry to heal him, he is fackin exhausted and ran out of Haki.

I didnt say that. Stop putting words into my mouth. Baaka.

All i'm saying is that im sure all the important parties currently have den den mushi's . They could communicate with each other.
Yeah, that is a possibility, but there hasn't been any pages showing they have that knowledge, so it's not fair to say for sure that they do.

Fujitora made it clear that he wants to stop Doflamingo legally and that is having evidence to remove him as a shichibukai. If he offs Doffy, he is just repeating a cycle and it would work against him when it comes to destroying the warlord system.

Fujitora can easily protect himself. It the civilians he's worried about.
Considering, that every civilian dies if the bird cage closes, at least knocking out Doflamingo should be a priority for him.

He can simply beat down Doflamingo, then argue to the World Government that he did it in self defense as he would have been killed by the Bird Cage too. Then the civilians would really be safe.

He can use the fact that Doflamingo tried to kill civilians and him as proof of the Warlord system being to out of control.

There are simply several ways that he could resolve this situation, but oh well.

Lets just drop it.

Simple, Devil Fruit user created objects aren't weakened by the creator's physical state.

The bird cage doesn't get weaker or more vulnerable based on Doflamingo's physical state, as long as he is conscious his string is as strong as it is.

oh btw the "theory" of this arc ending in sept. is becoming more likely
You think so? Mingo should be defeated by 790, but then again that leaves us about 10 more chapters till we reach 800. And knowing Oda he's bound to start a new arc right there. But what would we be doing for those 10 chapters? Switch to Sanji and co perhaps?

Well it's not like the arc is going to wrap up right away as soon as Doffy is defeated. We have to see what's going to happen with Dressrosa after, Sanji & Co. like you mentioned, Sabo/Koala & Burgess, Doffy, etc. etc. This arc is too chaotic to finish within a chapter or two after Mingo's defeat IMO.

The First thing to watch for after, doffy is defeated is what course of action Burgess or Fujitora decide to take. Since Law, is no longer a schibukai and Doffy will out for a while.
