Their fight results in numerous Big Bang and Big Crunch-level events, with the gestation of multiple resulting universes and countless galaxies. No it's not permanent he just has it to fight the new opponents he will probably learn a new form after training against gods so his base form will get stronger like how bills trained him and then his ssj form was able to keep up with bills
