Idk I feel in retrospect the fights where not that great. Fun to watch em at the time but less impactful story telling wise because they where very predictable. imo

That's if she has time how's her defense? Goku instant transmission then Dragon punch her I know her ability isn't instant if she has to wait anytime to cast her ability she's done

Problem with those kinds of powers is that they only apply to a character's own verse.

Piccolo received a power up yes but gohans was just helping him release his power he already had just didn't know how to use goku becoming a God was people temporarily lending their powers it's not a power up because it's not permanent unlike in naruto

Well in cross over battles it's usually made so the full arsenal of both sides are usable. Otherwise it would be pointless, because then nobody would be able to use their powers :sdo:
