OMG,Jiraiya IS stronger than Itachi!

It took quite sm time fr j-man to summon ma nd paa, during his battle with pein...... Nd, that much time is enough fr itachi to finish jiraya off....... Nd, i dn't see how jiraya cn hit itachi even in sm while itachi's susanoo is on, coz yata mirror cn blck anythng...... Nd, itachi cn finish off jiraya wit his tsukiyomo, amaterasu, nd itachi could also use kotoamatsukami as he already had shisui's eye's nd with kisame around jiraya would have bcome a cheese sandwich, which itachi nd kisame wud luv to eat.......

you vastly underrate jiraiya. jirayia is immune to genjustsu thats why itachie didn't even try to use it on him. i believe itachie would run out of chakra long before jiraiya. if itachie goes into sasunoo it actually helps jiraiya since all he knows he has to do is avoid the blade for like 5 min till it runs out. to me there both powerful but jirayia to me is better. just my opinion though.

It averaged out to about 40% saying either Itachi would win or they don't know then they would type the forever famous line that every Itachi fan falls on, "We have never seen Itachi when he is truly trying." (any thing about 2% for any one beat SO6P is just nuts and fanboys) :flaw: I don't know if he can beat the J-man or not but I would not be even a little supprised if J-man beats him.

Itachi now manybe since he is the undead but before when to much using his eyes makes him blind. I think its a loss for him.

they are both skilled! jiraya with so many different jutsus immune against gen juntus sage mode for a long time! summons of all toads! and itachi has suasnoo but not permanently ( no ems) amateresu and else! but i think in the end jiraya will kill him he is really skilled enough!

If I cared enough, so no. It was one of the millions of Itachi verse forums and was months ago. I'm not sure how it got on about the SO6P because I don't remember who the original vs was. For all I can remember maybe it was just him and the SO6P. How ever I do remember many saying the quote from before that I don't care to type again. Also another that was used allot was about how jutsu grow and get better by ever generation. I remember that because that was the same time Asuma was resealed. Because they was quoting him. So it was around that time the Manga came out. Not sure how far back that is.

I like Jiraya but I don't think he is immune to gen. If that was the case its a rap for who would win. But I really dont think he is.

Just remember that Jiraiya fought with the 6 pains without knowing that they were 6 and he killed 3 of the bodies, he was amazing, with a lot of jutsus and techniques. He never was a Hokage because he didn't want it. Jiraiya could manage the susanoo also, but this fight should be very difficult. About Kisame, Jiraiya could defeat him easily with the frogs ninjutsu, like Naruto beat the pain one that use chakra from the enemy.

I think that if Jiraiya had more information about Pain, the 6 bodies and everything, the fight could end in other way. About the Sword that Itachi have is probable that it works just in spirits and not in people in their own body.

It could be a very good battle.

But the close relationship between Jiraiya and Minato, his skills and Chakra make me think that he could be a Senju, more if we see that always Sarutobi wants him like Hokage, we know also, that the control of Konoha have been under the Senjus, like Madara says.

Even Madara was afraid of Itachi because in his opinion Itachi was the only one
who could really kill him if Itachi would´ve known about madaras abilities.
So you can´t say that Jiraiya is stronger than Itachi because 1. They never fought against each other and 2. Jiraiya doesn´t have a Bloodline Limit and we don´t know how he would handle it against Itachi who is able to handle his Bloodline Limit the best.

As we all know j-man is a skilled ninja and is world famous.
Genjutsu did not work on shadow clone(we have seen it with kakashi fight) and j-man's skill with shadow is 2'nd to none.
J-man summonings is one of the most powerfull summoning in the world and i think they whould buy some time to let him enter into sage mode.
Let us talk about itachi's tech:-
1.genjutsu- it did not work on sage mode because maa and paa whould just disturb jman chakra or staping is also a good idea.
2.black flame- we have seen raikage even gaara dodge this attack ,so why can't j-man(he can use earth)
3.susanoo-with sage mode speed he can dodge his attack or keep attacking from distance( one of the disadvantage of using susano is that u cant move freeky)+ itachi cant use amerterutsu or susano or tsukuyomi for too long( it put lots of strain on body)where as j-man have infinite chakra.
So Itachi was right about fearing j-man.
