1. chakra aka nen, the exams with a pedo and scrolls aka number plates, sasuke aka killua+kurapika, ... though Kishi's best arc is original
2. you can't introduce a side-villain like enel 100 chapters prior and you can't introduce the last villain like Kaguya (or maybe more are gonna pop up) in the very last second (not even a droplet before that), if you wanna make a parallel of Kaguya to OP think BB or Akainu or the Gorosei, it's like if JK Rowling wrote in chapter 20 of the deathly hallows ''oh yea and BTW the main bad guy is this guy named Voldemort, he killed harry's parents ...'' and that would be the first we heard of him
3. it's common knowledge that Toriyama wanted to finish DB on several occasions and it's no secret that DB is very inconsistent, it might be a nostalgia-favorite but you won't fool anyone by saying it's good story-telling
1.) By your logic, everyone copies off of HxH because theres a version of "nen" in a lot of manga. Haki, reitsu, ki, manna, etc. The whole "nen" thing has been done before "nen" was even introduced.
Sasuke and Killua are similar. Kishimoto obviously got inspiration from Killua, but the characters are different and Sasuke's back story is deeper endowed in the plot.
Like I said, the similarities are not so strongly plot relevant.
2. Actually throughout the whole manga, the antagonists were trying to resurrect the ten tails. The juubi is Kaguya herself so in essence, Kaguya has been here for the long run. Also rikudo sennin was introduce very early on and Kaguya is Hagoromo's mother so she's is connected. She just wasn't prevalent to the plot because the Sage of the six paths origins were not revealed yet.
Now that the sage himself has been wrapped into the story along with the juubi, Kaguya becomes more relevant to the plot. Kaguya is also the doorway to the original of chakra so technically, she's been around since chapter 1.
3. Good story writing is not something that you can decide for someone else. If you thought it was bad then oh well but thae might not be the way others see it. Your perception of bad story writing is bias. You can say all this crap about other series when things like that are just as prevalent in One Piece.
