Heh, that IS the final untouched form of the Juubi. It's at it's best because it was never defeated by anyone, or sealed. And Naruto didn't defeat Kurama, only took his chakra.
What? And who are you to say it originally shows up in its final form? Are you Kishimoto?
Sorry son, but until you are Kishimoto, I'll go with the obvious: he defeated first form Juubi. You can clearly see in that picture that it's the Juubi's first form, as it's exactly the same shape as it appears in the manga.

I don't need to be Kishimoto to have a logic. The form doesn't probably change too much from where it was in the Manga and how it was when Rikudou fought it. But, I can surely tell that that's the final form. Don't judge it by it's shape. And why wouldn't it be in its' final form? What would it be missing? It has all Tailed Beasts, un-split at that time, and it's in the most powerful position ever.
Why do you assume that it isn't in the final form? Because it looks like the un-finished form from the Manga? That's nothing that should be taken into consideration. The only thing that Juubi needs now in the current Manga would be Kyuubi & Gyuuki, but those won't change its' form in any way.
I've been thinking this ever since I saw him wield that weapon. I see a lot of people claiming he's trash compared to the real So6P (without any evidence to back up...) but, do you really think so?...
It seems to be that Kishi, like someone else said, is pulling off a Code Geass, Obito is actually saving the world by uniting everyone... against him. Let's see at some evidence, shall we?
1. Look alike appearance:
Take a look at it for yourselves, I even made a silhouette version of Obito for you to compare

2. The weapon
Now, where did Obito find that weapon he's wielding right now? That's the Sage's personal weapon. Was the Juubi carrying it along with him as a souvenir of some sort? If so, why didn't the Juubi also keep the other five tools?..
This weapon is not one of the Juubi's "chakra rods", it's clearly got a few hidden powers of its own, able to effortlessly destroy Minato's kunai. When did Obito get it?
3. Obito / Rikudo's belief in balance
Rikudo is often depicted as "good", but is he really? There's no evidence suggesting he was either "good" or "evil".
Actually, for as much as we know, he actually believes in balance, equilibrium. He divided his power into ying and yang when he could've either created only ying or only yang.
It's essentially the Buddhist believe in balance and moderation, the of the

Good requires evil, evil requires good, you know the story.
Obito is bringing peace through war. He doesn't care if it's ethical, if it's correct or just to everyone, what matters to Obito/Rikudo is that there is balance. This is the attitude he's displayed since the start, the belief that you need to break an egg before making an omelette. That trait of personality is shown for example when he asks Kabuto to explain Edo Tensei and kills one of his hostages:
The way he stands between the two hostages as a God who decides their fate reminds us of Rikudo holding Ying and Yang in each hand.

4. Obito's true power
To people claiming he's nothing compared to Rikudo... hold on son. Nagato alone could use a part of the Sage's power. When Madara, who is a lot stronger, was pulling meteors off his ass, people were claiming he had partly mastered Rikudo's power, which is also true.
Now Obito currently fodderises Hashirama and Madara any day of the week. Even in his uncontrolled form, he got through Hashirama and Tobirama as if they were mere fodder shinobi. The only reason Naruto is still alive is that Minato is protecting him with Kishiton: Plot no Jutsu.
And it's not just physical strength, he's outsmarted Madara a few times, blackmailing him and now trolling him with fake Rinne Tensei. Who else in this series can troll Madara?...
Accept it or not Obito is very well on Rikudo's level at this moment.
5. Obito's natural affinity for the Juubi
Obito was made to be the Juubi's Jinchuuriki, I had already made a thread about this. The scene when he kills the Mist Shinobi hints this. View Zetsu's comment:

6. Infinite Tsukuyomi is a bluff
The way Obito is right now, he could just stand there and cast Infinite Tsukuyomi right now and end the series. Even if it takes an hour to cast. There's no jutsu that can harm him at the moment, he just regenerates much like Majin Buu. Besides, he does have a very large arsenal of jutsu from his new abilities to Chibaku Tensei to defend himself if need be.
So why isn't he casting Infinite Tsukuyomi?
The answer is, it's not his plan to begin with. He's pushing everyone to their limits and uniting them, that's his only purpose. There's a thousand ways he could've killed Naruto and Sasuke already, his jutsu can be thrown.
7. Madara's statement
Best evidence there is. Thanks for submitting this in the thread.

All this leads me to think that Obito is either the true reincarnation of the So6P, or he's the actual So6P himself.
Leaving Naruto to either be a successor, or a reincarnation of one of his sons.
Considering Rikudou sennin as the god of all shinobi's i think it should actually be its final form that he defeated..
I mean Hashirama was able to get a hold on the juubi..
Would be weird if rikudou only beat the incomplete juubi.. hashi could have done the same
Might as well start by saying, that the past Ridukou had the full power of the Juubi, and Obito doesn't. So it's quite simple, which one is stronger. Besides, he managed to seal the Juubi in a time, where knowledge in ninjutsu was little, and thus he must have had a harder time sealing it. Also he sealed the Juubi at full strength, Obito didn't.
Now for your actual thread. I couldn't disagree more!!! The reincarnation of the Ridukou Sennin is someone, who brings peace. It has nothing to do with looks, power, etc.. Sealing the Juubi inside you, will give you certain power and looks, which is the same as how the Ridukou looked, obviously, but his name has nothing to do with the Juubi or his looks.
The name "Ridukou Sennin" was given to him, because he saved a world in chaos and brought peace. Obito hasn't done that! In fact he has done the opposite. He has brought the hate and the despair from the shinobi world upon himself.
Naruto on the other hand, has shown an ability to unite people. He has this gift, which has been well known since the start of the manga. He makes people around him his friends. This ability, I am certain, is the same ability the Ridukou had.
There is also enough evidence to conclude, that the true reincarnation of the SO6P is Naruto! The only "persons", who actually knew the Ridukou Sennin said it themselves. Screw what Madara says, he knows nothing, except, what is written on a stone. The tailed beasts, however, knew the Ridukou, and they know, that Naruto is his successor, because he is just like the Ridukou, and has that special ability:

Rofl, you didn't "debunk" any of this. I read your thread, and now I read it twice. I know my arguments are based on manga evidence, and common sense, which makes it hard to argue with.
Also you are wrong on many other points. For instance you kinda say that yin and yang is good and evil, and that he created both for the sake of balance. Now here you are wrong. Mainly because "good and evil" is just a subjective term. Yin and Yang have nothing to do with good and evil, but most western people often think so. You might wanna google it, I wont waste my time teaching basic Chinese philosophy...
And in Naruto it isn't used the same way, as in philosophy. In Naruto it simply represents a balance between physical and spiritual energy.
I don't understand where people measured sage's power level. To me madara, hashirama, minato any strong shinobi if knows the seals can easily become jubi's jinchuriki...! Obito defeated jubi too. He sealed it inside himself and then fought for control and won that battle as well... I admit jubi is not complete but even perfect would have only been difficult to control and that battle is won with stronger resolve not power...! In my opinion no one not even sage could have defeated jubi head on. He just sealed it. And that doesn't seem to be much problem if you know the seals to do so...!

Sigh, nevermind, I wont waste my time on your threads in the future. If you can't defend your theory upon relevant criticism, why bother making it... You aren't even commenting the relevant parts of a reply.
Have a good day.
I believe the Staff that Obito is handling is Obito controlling his chakra [Five/Four Basic Transformation(s)] that he acquired from the Jūbi. However, in some regards it does make sense, Obito being the reincarnation of the Rikudō Sennin but we must also always think about how Naruto himself would apply if this was true.. He is the Kono Yo no Kyūseishu.
