Oh yeah after he went KN1. This scene is a direct response to VoTE2 clash with Naruto using what looks like a Bijuudama instead of a Rasengan, but in V2 he's using Kurama mode Bijuudama, and Sasuke's countering it with a PS Chidori

using the wind element is more of an curse then a plus due to inreverseable damage it does to Chakra Circulatory System.. pretty much an even worse enemy then a Byakugan User who attack your Tenetsu points..

it ok for naruto due to he has artificial limb..lol replaceable at will..lol..

I still place it under /filler/ because it probably has added scenes, but I bet it puts more depth into certain things that wasn't explained further in the movie.

But I guess universally it wouldn't be since Kishimoto didn't work on it.

Though the scene happens in the movie, except Sasuke talks to Boruto about it alone in the forest while they were training together.
