+This jutsu is used in battle to inflict heavy damage upon the enemy. It can cut of limbs or pierce the enemy quite easily. It can also be used to send them flying. Straight forward technique.
+To counter, I would create earth pillars to get in the way of the shuriken or use a wind technique to blow it back, though it would take a decent sized wave of wind to blow an oversized demon wind shuriken back.
+Advantages- The demon wind shuriken is already big, and made much larger, it would be harder to dodge. This can inflict a lethal amount of damage in one shot if it hits. The jutsu can also send the opponent flying, which means the jutsu can also create an opening.
+Disadvantages- It, when enlarged, is much easier to see and hear coming. That being said, despite being enlarged and cover more area and being harder to dodge, it is also easier to dodge in that sense.
+My opinion of this technique is that it is pretty simple, but good none the less. Depending on when you enlarge the shuriken determines much of the usefulness I believe. It's a solid D Rank.

+This jutsu is used to inflict the piercing damage of Kunai upon the enemy.
+To counter, I would either react by throwing just as many Kunai, or using a wind technique to blow them back at the enemy.
+Advantages- Well, the more Kunai, the harder it is to counter them all, I guess.
+Disadvantages- Can easily be countered with free form.
+My opinion of this technique is that, as you stated, is kind of pointless, considering it can be done free form.

Good.

(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

Okay I want you to attach some string to your shuriken, then by attaching the string to your fingertips, you'll be able to control it; so I want you to throw it towards my clone, I will tell my clone to dodge it, and from there wait a few seconds and by using your fingertips you should be able to move the shuriken back around and hit my clone from behind, might take you a few tries.

+This jutsu is used to either make up for a missed attack, or to make the enemy think the attack was dodged, when in reality the second attack is what they should have worried about. It will have just as much piecing and impact damage as it had before, as far as I am aware.
+To counter, I would first not let my guard down even after the shuriken had passed me. When it would come at me, and I wouldn't have the time to dodge, I would quickly pull out a Kunai and deflect it downwards toward the ground to make sure it wouldn't be able to come back at me.
+Advantages- This jutsu can give you second chances with a shuriken, as well as the ability to set your opponent up for a shuriken in the eyeball x_o This jutsu is very versatile in a sense that it can be used to attack an opponent from any angle even if they dodge, to hitting multiple shuriken out of the air, to wrapping up your opponents feet, and more.
+Disadvantages- The shuriken can only go as far as the length of the string, plus the elasticity's limit. If caught, the opponent could use it to his advantage to pull you down. If the string breaks (despite it's durability) I assume a strong enough fire jutsu would burn through it.
+I find this jutsu to be quite useful. Who wouldn't when it could give you a second chance in battle? It can be used in different useful and skillful fashions that I mentioned a few of above. Overall I think this is a pretty handy technique.

C-rank time!

(Fuda Kakusu no Jutsu) Tag Hidding Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 5 (per tag)
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will use his chakra to hide a paper tag inside an inanimate object, like the ground or a wall. The tag can be a sealing tag or an explosive tag. The technique can be used to hide more than one tag per use if the user spends more chakra. Hidden tags can be detected by doujutsu or expert sensory ninjas.

With this one, I want you to grab out one paper tag from there I want you to place it into the ground below, you do this by using your chakra to separate the ground and place the tag in the ground, then yeah. When my clone walks over it, the stepping over it should cause it to go off, blowing my clones foot right off.

(Soryu no Mai) - Rising Dragon Dance
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user jumps up in the air and then spins at high speed throwing a lot of weapons at thier enemy ranging from shuriken, kunai, shuko and many various other weapons.

This one, I want you to grab out a large amount of ninja tools from your pouch then I want you to jump in the air spinning around as you do, then from there throwing a lot of weapons all over the place.

-This jutsu is used to sneakily ruin your opponents day, lol. By doing this technique and the opponent falling for it, it could result in a complete 180 for the fight. It's, for lack of a better term, when successful, a game changer.
-To counter, I would activate my Sharingan and do my best to not lose sight of my opponent. Losing sight of them would cause them to easily be able to place a paper bomb somewhere and I wouldn't have known where. Another way to counter is by throwing multiple Kunai in the area in which it is placed, to try to detonate it while I'm not near it. A similar way would be to use a clone.
-Advantages that this jutsu gives are field management, because you can control where your opponent can and can't go when there are bombs under the terrain. If successful, this jutsu could blow off a limb, which would all but assure victory. The opponent shouldn't know where these tags are.
-Disadvantages that this jutsu has are, the opponent has to step on that area. If they don't, the jutsu will have been kinda pointless aside from field management. It also is a disadvantage that, when facing a dojutsu user, this is a pointless move because they can see them.
-My opinion of this technique is that it is useful against a non dojutsu user. Creating a cloud of smoke or dust to cover your location could help hide the fact that you placed a tag in the ground there.

Questions about the technique- how in the RP world is this not totally useless? Obviously we post the technique that we're using, and when it comes to a sneaky technique like this, they already know it's placed by looking at the Jutsu's the opponent used. So please explain this to me :p

+This jutsu is used to straight up tear into your opponent. It's good for when your opponent begins coming at you, and you start unleashing a barrage of sharp objects that make them wish they had not underestimated you.
+To counter this, I would use an earth release technique and form a wall that would bear the brunt of a majority of the blades coming your way. One could also use the technique that makes their skin super hard, like Kakuzu did.
+Advantages- This jutsu can be done from any range. It also will release a barrage of different sized and shaped weapons, making the technique harder to defend against.
+Disadvantages- at the end of the day it's a simple jutsu that throws a bunch of butter knives at ya. No, for real though, it's truly a simple jutsu. The blades can be dodged or blocked just like any other one. I will say however, that these are coming much faster due to the added speed from the rotation. This rotation, however, decreases accuracy. It's kind of a spray and pray technique.
+This jutsu is useful in a situation to make your opponent be on guard and focus on the blades. It's possible that, of fast enough, these blades can be sent, and then as they're dodging, another attack could be launched before all the blades have landed... Perhaps an elemental jutsu. All together, I think it's pretty basic, aside from the fact that the blades a moving quicker than normal.

I don't usually do this, but these techniques are all pretty much the same.

(Sōgu: Shikyū Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Deadly Spheres Strike
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Desciption: The user pulls out a scroll and rotates it around himself. Many spiked metal balls burst forth from the scroll to strike any nearby opponents or discourage them from using close ranged attacks.

Grab out a scroll and start spinning yourself while holding the scroll, spiked metal balls will come from the scroll, hitting anyone near you. Short range only.

(Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user unrolls in the floor under the enemy two small scrolls and summons many different weapons from them, taking the enemy into the air. Then they wraps the leg of the enemy with a chain and crushes him back down to the ground.

Now these one, place the two scrolls on the ground under the enemy; these scrolls with summon a bunch of weapons, they will attack the target sending him into the air, then chains will come out of the scrolls and grab the targets legs, slamming him back onto the ground.

(Sōgu: Dai Tekkai) - Manipulated Tools: Giant Iron Lump
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description:The user takes out a big scroll and waves it in a circle. It turns into a giant chain hammer with a huge metal ball at the end that they then crushes the enemy with. After this move, the chain hammer turns back into a scroll.

Now with this one, get out another scroll and wave it in a circle, it'll turn into a giant hammer with chain, with a metal ball at the end, you will crush my clone with it, once the attack is complete the hammer turns back into the scroll.
