Yeah, if the opponent is within range.

(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

Okay; Take out about 10 kunai with pouches attached to the end of the kunais, put a bunch of small explosive notes in each of the pouches, and then throw them all at once, as soon as they get close to my clone the pouches explode leaving a bunch of explosive notes laying around the clone, then I want you to throw one final kunai with an active explosive note on the said kunai, and then throw it towards my clone; the burning note will ignite all the others on the ground and around my clone causing a huge explosion.

The most useful technique yet!

+This technique will be used in battle, to completely annihilate your opponent. Being in an explosion of that caliber will almost certainly decimate the opponent if caught in it. By throwing that many Kunai's, and explosive notes falling all around you, it would be difficult to get out of it without a proper defense or counter.
+I would counter this technique by intercepting the final Kunai that has an explosive tag attached with your own Kunai. Then, I would quickly get out of the way of the falling explosive notes so that a second Kunai with an explosive tag couldn't just ignite them and take me out.
+Advantages- This jutsu, if it goes as planned and the opponent is caught in it, it is pretty much game over. The range is pretty good. If they defend themselves within the explosion, they could lose track of you from all of the dust and stuff that is everywhere from the huge explosion. That being said, it potentially sets up a surprise attack.
+Disadvantages- it is done by throwing multiple Kunai, and another after to ignite. Only one Kunai has the ability to cause the explosion, and that Kunai can be counted with another kunai. If the Kunai's with pouches don't impact their target, the explosive notes don't come out, therefore a complete avoidance of the attack would occur.
+I think this jutsu is pretty useful depending on the location. It would be great in a forest, because you could throw the Kunai's at the opponent and nearby trees to cause the pouches to explode and then their would be explosive notes all over the place, even if they avoid the Kunai's hitting them directly. The jutsu would deal a great deal of damage and is easily powerful enough to kill.

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

With this one, by looking at an animal it will temporarily bind them in place for a short amount of time, allowing you to run or attack your target, this is a good technique to bind a summoning the target is using; so you don't have to worry about the summoning for that short amount of time, the animal will feel as they are being held down by steel ropes. But you have to stay focused on the targets you are binding. This can be broken by brute force.

Summons two small animals for each of you to bind.

+This technique is used in battle to paralyze an enemy's summoning. It takes away the advantage they would have to attack you while their summoning is as well. It is performed by looking at them, and you must keep your focus on them. This sets up the ability to attack or retreat.
+I would counter this jutsu by staying locked onto my enemy and attacking him relentlessly. Making his focus go to my attacks, causing the jutsu to disperse. I could also do it by the same means of Genjutsu Dispertion.
+Advantages- This jutsu makes the summoning of your opponent useless for a short amount of time, creating openings for different things. You do not have to worry about it for that amount of time, because it feels as if it is being held down by chains. Aside from creating an opening to attack your opponent, it also crates an opening to attack the summoning itself, allowing you to get rid of it.
+Disadvantages- When focus is lost, the summoning will not remain binded. A powerful summon such as Manda or Aoba can easily break this with brute force. It can also be broken by an outside force, which I am assuming is similar to someone dispelling a genjutsu by forcing their chakra into them.
+My personal opinion of this technique is that it is very useful. Being able to avoid a summon for even a small amount of time can make a world of difference. Having to fight 2 or more things can be a pain because of focus. Focus, however, is necessary to keep this technique going strong. As long as one can focus on 2 things, this technique is very useful.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on

This is the more powerful on of the latter, you stare at my clones, giving off the intention that you want to brutishly kill them, they will become paralysed; but there are some factors to think off, being two levels higher then your target will only feel a dark presence and maybe enough for them to drop their weapon, but if there is more then two levels difference, the target will be frozen in place and unable to move, the shorter the range the more effective the technique is.

A Ninjutsu technique that is like Genjutsu... I like it.

+This technique will be used in battle to do multiple things; paralyzing your opponent entirely, making them drop their weapon, and similar. It basically scares them into focusing solely on their fear.
+I would counter this jutsu by doing my best to not look into the eyes of my opponent, especially at close range. Once I'm in this, however, I would do anything I could to focus on the situation at hand, be it stabbing myself with a Kunai and having the pain be more of a focal point than the fear.
+Advantages- this jutsu can open your opponent up for an instant win, be it a Chidori through the heart, or decapitation with a simple sword. Speaking of swords, it could also cause your enemy to drop their weapon, depending on the difference in levels between the user and victim.
+Disadvantages- less effective outside of lose range, less effective if their isn't a high gap between ranks between the opponent and user. If you are the same rank or only 1 rank higher than the opponent, it won't do much at all.
+My personal opinion of this technique is that it is awesome. I believe this is what happened when part 1 Sasuke and Orochimaru faced off, but I'm not totally sure. This technique has the potential to set up a near instant win, but it all depends on the user.


Question... By rank, do you mean ninja rank or rank in ninjutsu?

Standing mid range from the clone, Sinbad begins running towards your clone. Once into close range, Sinbad looks into the clones eyes. Upon doing so, he is imagining a gruesome death for him; killing him by cutting off each of his fingers... His toes... Then forearms, then knees, until death. Upon doing so, Sinbad notices a quick shocked expression. He knew it was his opening. Quickly, gathers his Katon chakra into his mouth and spews out a small fireball.

Okay; so with this one I want you to either throw a smoke bomb down near your feet to allow you both to escape from me, hide behind a tree or something. It doesn't actually have to be a smoke bomb, it can be anything, mist, sand even leaves. Seems like a simple technique to use if you need to retreat or something. Just a note, this cannot be used in battle. But I still have to teach you anyway.

Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.

With this one, perform the one seal. This will allow you to project your voice in a different area, to hide your team-mates and yourself from the opponents; seems like a more used technique in the NW then the Battle area. But that could just be me. Range is nice too.

+Advantages- Can potentially get you away from an opponent pursuing. Can be used to spy.

+My opinion of this technique is that it would be awesome if it could be used in battle.

+This technique is used to keep your enemy guessing. Should he attack, or will you have too many allies? If he should attack, what direction is he attacking in? All things that will be influenced by this jutsu.
+To counter, though my ears would deceive me, a Sharingan or Byakugan would not, and neither would an Inuzuka nose.
+Advantages- Can throw the opponent off and make them believe their are multiple shinobi at your side, causing them to want no part of the battle. Can also make them think you are somewhere you are not, so if they do attack, they'll probably attack an area where you are not. It can be done from any range.
+Disadvantages- It tricks only the ears, not the other senses. It requires a hand seal.
+My opinion is that this technique is more useful outside of battle, but in battle it could be useful depending on the situation and who you are fighting. There are some shinobi that this just would not work on.

Okay with this grab out about ten or so Makibishi spikes, as well as a smoke drop, I then want you to throw the smoke bombs and place all the Makibishi spikes around your target, so when the target steps on them, it will stick to their feet and slow them down.

+This jutsu would be used in battle to get up close and personal with the enemy, but without them knowing. It could be used to get away, also.
+I would counter this jutsu by focusing on my opponent and not dropping that focus from the gitgo. But, if worse came to worse, is activate my Sharingan. (Wouldn't help too much if hidden mist was activated.) If I had some, I'd use some earth jutsu to make the ground different, so approaching me would be quite difficult.
+Advantages- This jutsu can get you close to, or away from your opponent, silently. It sounds as if it's best used in conjunction with some simple espionage tactics, with some vital cuts with a Kunai or sword. With Hidden Mist Jutsu, this jutsu becomes much more difficult to counter.
+Didadvantages- This jutsu can be used to get away, but any attacks used from a distance can be heard, such as a Kunai or shuriken coming at you. As Kakashi and Zabuza demonstrated, in a situation that silent killing and hidden mist jutsu comes into play, it is best to have a few clones out, because if not, when they get behind you, it's pretty much GG.
+My opinion of this technique is that it is pretty useful, but more useful to get some distance between the enemy and yourself, unless Hidden Mist Jutsu is incorporated into the mix. Then, this jutsu is excellent, and that is when you can become a true old school come out of nowhere and slash down your opponent ninja. All in all, it's an awesome tech.

+This jutsu is used to, as the technique suggests, slow the target down. It will cause some damage while also catching the opponent off guard and causes a bit of a higher success rate to a following attack.
+To counter this technique, I would use a wind jutsu to blow away the smoke from the smoke bomb so that there could be no confusion in what is happening. Depending in the wind jutsu, I could also pick up the spikes and send them away as well, if they are there of course.
+advantages- This jutsu can slow the opponent down, as well as harm them and leave them more vulnerable to your next attack.
+Disadvantages- This jutsu is almost too simple to work out as planned. A smoke bomb must be deployed to make the spikes less noticeable, and that alone could send the message to the enemy to not step there.
+My opinion of this technique is that it isn't very useful, but if the situation was correct, I believe it COULD work out with a decent outcome.

(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique

Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them without being dispelled or released. Doujutsu can see through these clones as unlike Shadow Clones, they are intangible and lack any form of chakra circulatory system, chakra flow, etc; they are simple images made by chakra. They cannot do harm to any enemy but can be used to communicate and distract the enemies. The clones can be created anywhere within the users sensory field.

With this one, I want you to send out some chakra around you, and shape the chakra into a Haze clone of yourself, these are different to normal clones because these ones don't do any damage, and if attack the person will just go though them. They are good, if you are using Hiding like a mole, or use them in conjunction with actual shadow clones.

+This jutsu would be used simply to constrict an opponent so that he cannot move.
+To counter, I would use the e rank escape jutsu. I, though, would try to not let my opponent tie me up, as I'd imagine I'd have to be pretty dumb to get caught in this, unless already at the point of not being able to move.
+Advantages- Harder to escape than regular rope, holds opponent down which opens then up to an attack.
+Disadvantages- I'd imagine it would be difficult to get the time to tie someone up that was resisting. Not very useful in battle, and is highly situational.
+my opinion of this technique is that it's not that good because it's not very good in most situations. It would be hard to have someone sit back and get tied up with rope unless they were sleeping or just plain dumb.

+This technique is used to confuse the opponent. It's easy to get the real an fake mixed up without a doubts I when they look exactly alike. This allows for multiple uses.
+To counter, I would activate my Sharingan to see through them, or attack them with something as simple as a rock, or use Taijutsu. If nothing hits them, they are a clone.
+Advantages- This technique can easily confuse an opponent. That being said, it can be used as means of escape, dodging an attack, offensive so the opponent doesn't know where they will truly be attacked from, and more. They won't disperse from mere contact.
+Disadvantages- They cannot actually harm the opponent. Can easily be snuffed out by dojutsu's.
+My personal opinion of this technique is that it is good for a d rank. Can really aid in the midst of a battle where you need something extra to get the upper hand. It's all in all a pretty good technique.

I don;t see the point of this technique when you can do it freeform, but. All I want you to is grab out about a dozen or two dozen kunai from your pouch and then barrage my clone with said kunai.
