New Jinchuriki Guidelines. -Suggestion-

Ok, Most May Say Im Just Posting this due to the fact that I Want The Power For My Self. But Its Not. Ok Sorta. xd But I Think It'll Make The Bijuus Easier To Use instead of People Creating the Bijuu Bio and not Being able to use it at all. and if you cant use the effects of bijuu till kage then it slightly takes fun outta being one. Ill List the personal details about individual bijuu listed shortly (Abilities) And I May Revise. Cuz There is a Power increase due to the number of tails formed but that may be a little OP. Mods, Admins, Jinchurikis, Members let me know your thoughts.

Sannin Level

• Access to Bijuu Chakra.
  The User Is Able To Call Upon Thier Bijuu's Chakra. Enabling a Increase in attack Power. +15 to any jutsu for Max of three turns. Usable Once.
• Acess to Tailed Beast Transformation v1
  User is Able to Physically Manifest His Bijuu's Chakra For a Max Of 3 or 4 Turns. +20 to Attack, and Increasing The User Defense and Speed. Usable Once Per Battle. Must have at least 6000 Post.
• Genjutsu Immunity
  Enables User Immune to Genjutsu.

Kage Level

• Access to Bijuu Chakra.
  The User Is Able To Call Upon Thier Bijuu's Chakra. Enabling a Increase in attack Power. +15 to any jutsu for Max of 4 turns. Has Healing Properties to cure minor wounds. Usable Once.
• Access to Tailed Beast v1 and v2
  Tailed Version 2. Allows a Great increase in power. +30 Attack, Defense increase, Speed Increase. Usable 1 per battle. Last 4 turns. User takes -15 damage per turn. exhausted 1 turn after.
• Access to Full Bijuu Mode
  Regular Restriction Apply.
• Genjutsu Immunity
  Same Concept as above.

Sage Rank: Number of Turns Each One Can Be used Increased by 1.

Restrictions Ive Placed So Far:

• If a user feels as if the jinchuu is abusing power they get a Senior bijuu, Sensei or Mod to Determine if the Jinchuu is abusing thier power. The Jinchuu has 1 time to befound liable of Power Abusement. The Next time the Target Shall Recieve an Infraction or thier bijuu usage taken away for a period of time depending on the severity of the abusale.
• Accessing Bijuu Chakra- Last 3 Turns
• Tailed Beast Transformation v1 - Last 3 Turns, -10 health per turn. Usable Once.
• Tailed Beast Transformation v2 - Last 3 Turns, -15 health per turn. User Left Exhausted 1 Turn after. Usable once.
  
• -If User Goes Both v1 and v2 in the same battle and haven't killed opponent they lose.
• -After Tailed Beast v1 The User must wait 3 turns to activate v2 or full bijuu mode.
• - Tailed Beast Transformation - User may not use any Ninjutsu (With Exception of Nine-Tailed Rasengan -only usable by Kyuubi Jinchuriki- and Bijuu Specific Elements) or CE. other then Bijutsu.(New Jutsu Type Ive Created )
• Test Must Be Taken To Obtain a Bijuu Bio.

I know I have no Jurisdiction over who recieves infractions or thier bijuu revoked but i think this will keep the power abusing in line greatly.

Kisame Bios: Samehada Takes Chakra.

Bijuu Arent Allowed to Use These Techs against lower level Shinobi. (Jonin and Below.)

Damage: Equal to the Opponents attack
Description: When the user uses their bijuu's chakra they use this jutsu to Reverse any A-E Rank jutsu. Earth justu are Hardened or Crumbled depending on the type, Fire and Wind Jutsu are Reversed back at the opponent, Lightning and water are either reversed or dissapated depending on te type of jutsu being used.
(only useable 4 times a battle)
(may be used without transforming into the bijuu)

Name: Akuma Taijutsu (Demon Fighting Arts)
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Chakra: 30
Damage: 20any time the user is hit with any form of taijutsu.
Description: The user channels thier bijuu's Chakra to thier hands and feet. This allows the user to mainfest the chakra of the bijuu around thier arm without having to fully transform. The chakra is unique and appears different on every bijuu.
Ex: Killer Bee chakra manifest itself over his fist in the form of an OX enabling the power of his hits to increase

Edit; Shodaime, Tenzo & Minato Bios: Mukoton Release Bijuu Containment Techs and 4 point sealing method, 8 trigrams sealing technique and Dead demon consuming seal all had effect over the 9 tails(meaning easier jobs for other tails)

hmm. I Think Controling the Whole Bijuu While its still in the host is a little Drastic. But I see What you mean Ill Add that As well.

Well it could be like this:

A Sannin can be easily controlled by ems, but if the sannin is 5 tails and higher they could resist complete control, while kage can still hang on to bijuu power, while it has above 2 tails, as one tailed transformation could be stopped pretty easily

Also Madara should get a special jutsu with the ems, to actulley control the bijuu, so it would be official.

This reminds me of when naruto defended himself against sasuke fire with his cloak.. Hmm. That Would Be Out. It is strictly for taijutsu purposes.

Bijuu can be effected by attacks. Otherwise how did Akatsuki capture all those bijuu.

Just Cause Your In a Bijuu Cloak Doesn't Simply mean running through a technique. The Defense Is Mainly Against Taijutsu. (You wouldnt wanna go up and try to punch a bijuu cloak now would you?) Ninjutsu Techniques can harm the Opponent. Sharingan can read the movements.

I like the idea but it's oped. More restrictions need to be added. Also madara can control all bijuus, not just 1, 2, 3 or 4 tails, since in the manga is shown that he tamed the 9 tails.
