I'll take shikumaru maybe he is not the strongest in the leaf but jus his high I.Q n the way he plans an attack i believe he will make a great hokage they going to need a man like him after the war because they won't know what is coming next u never know after the war the other villages would want to attack one another so u would need shikumaru to take lead

I would say Shikamaru's father, Shikaku...The Hokage doesn't need to be the strongest ninja in the village, but one who can make good decisions... Tsunade wasn't the strongest either...

I'd go with Shikamaru or his father.
Even though they're not all that strong in battle, either one of them could make a good hokage. Besides, I don't really see anyone else becoming hokage.

The Hokage is the strongest ninja in the village, which would have to be Guy.
But the Hokage also needs to have a political side, for dealing with village matters, which I believe Guy does not have.
So based on those 2 things, I think Yamato is who I would choose.

probably youre right but naras are better asist.
thats the reason for guy stupid andn powerfull but if one nara behind him he is not so bad.
but in my opinion we should calculate the duration of the war. If it lasts longer than 3 years then konohamaru would be the best he ist skilled and able to be hokage

Not really, Shikaku is smart enough to be hokage, Isn't a Bad fighter, Is well known, Its just after a huge war in which the villages have been working together and making bonds and friendships, there is little threat of an attack from the other villages and even if they attack, Naruto can still protect the village, he's not dead he just declined the job, And If not shikaku then the Hyuga clan leader but im still going to go with Shikaku

Shiakau's a good choice. It cant be Hyuga Hiashi cauz the vote will go against him.... and he's a major jerk :shrug: Yamato's not a bad idea but he isn't exactly strong enough. He has a major stamina problem...:shrug:

Shikaku, Shizune, Yamato or Anko (if they live), Ibiki or that purpe hair Kunoichi from ANBU

Shikamaru is way to young to be a Hokage

he wouldnt be made Hokage before he was at least 30 if not more, only extremely powerful ninjas could be younger (like Minaot or Hiruzen I asume, even Hiruzen was only because Tobirama died)

I would definitely have to say Shikaku. He has a near perfect IQ and with that reason alone (as we have seen with Shikimaru) makes him a formidable opponent to most in battle. He's level headed and calm and would make a great Hokage. Gai is a fighter, a body guard, not a diplomat xd. Not always is the Hokage the strongest in the village, though that is what they should be in theory. Naruto is stronger then Tsunade and most in these forums believe Kakashi could give her a run for her money. Ideally I'd pick Naruto and if he wasn't ready yet then Kakashi. People already explained the loopholes in the idea of a Hyuga or Uchiha becoming Hokage :shrug:, though Hinata's Dad would make a great Hokage. Shikaku has the knowledge, strength, and diplomacy skill to run the Leaf village and keep it prosperous.

I dont understand why it couldnt be Guy Sensei n then have Shikamaru or Shikaku as the assistant Guy is the rival of Kakashi he is def one of the strongest ninja we know of in the Leaf and he carries the Will of Fire more so than anyone other than Naruto ofcourse and with Shikamaru or his father as his assistant or whatever i think that could work
