ok first the pains were affected because they could all hear the frog song too .. they were right there U_U notice how the others were not affected... ?

And the finger genjutsu only affects one person ..So the other pains break the one caught in it out .. although i doubt Pain would even be caught by that honestly

You really do not understand Genjutsu do you? Genjutsu works by inserting your Chakra into the opponents circulatory system, through any of the five senses. Visual Genjutsu, Itachi's preferred way of using Genjutsu, is used by inserting your Chakra into the opponent's circulatory system through eye contact. This however, does not mean that the rest of the Pein's will be affected, simply because Itachi's Chakra is not being inserted into their bodies. The only thing they see is the eyes, but they will not be affected by the Genjutsu itself, as the only one who will be affected is the one that actually made direct eye contact, allowing Itachi to insert his Chakra into the Pein. Saying that all Pein's would be afected would be like saying that they would be put in a Genjutsu simply by looking at a video of Itachi performing the Jutsu.

It's because of this simply reason that Nagato himself did not get affected by the Sound Genjutsu from Shima and Fukasaku. Yes, he heard the sound Genjutsu, but the Chakra that was being released by the frogs did not travel to him, it merely traveled to the paths in rage of the technique itself.

So, in conclusion, the paths will simply be looking into Itachi's eyes through the eyes of their comrade, nothing more. They would not be affected by Itachi's Chakra simply because Itachi's Chakra is not being directed to them, but only the path that Itachi is actually looking at.

So, simply put, you're the one who is wrong here.

actually,

obito lost that fight because 4 reasons:

1. Plot...If obito won, kakashi would of been dead and kishi wanted kakashi alive.

2. Obito was restricted from all his powers. [No kamui, no rinnegan, no mokuton]

3. Obito had little to none chakra left after he fought for the entire war. while kakashi got recharged by naruto 2 times.

4. Obito was saving chakra to become the 10 tails jinchuuriki.

But Chakra is like energy right? ... So when his chakra system gets destroyed he should have NO energy at all ? .. But yet he was still able to talk ... Im not saying he has unlimited im saying that chakra depletion may not affect him. Also He has a 5 in Stamina (so he must have a lot of it at least) .. And Hidan =/= Naruto .. He was not affected in the slightest from a blows that made a jounin fall to his feet (hope you dont mind im not using scans) And since when does Zetsu have such regenerative prowess (no seriously i don't know lol) .. However i think its safe to assume Hidan can regerate from wounds as well now that i think about it ..because as you Know he impaled himself in the Heart but yet the bleeding was minor and it stopped rather quickly meaning his wound can regenerate or his blood does not flow but alas this is more speculation ..

And that is because unlike Zetsu Hidan really only had one arc.. He did not even ever get another like the rest of the Akatsuki .. So most of his abilities have to be speculated on...And you can not just simply dis-regard those supernatural things and say that chakra depletion definitely will end him ..

And yes, Zetsu has displayed more feats due to having had more screen time. However, it doesn't change the fact that Hidan can still not keep up with him, he simply doesn't have the versatility to deal with someone like Zetsu.
