bold: since this is a civilized, more formal debate, we won't end up having troll posts and random "guy solos" type fanboysm... so in this case, an extra feat to debate works in favor of all of us, not just my team. We're debating how strong Guy's 8th gate can be as well, alongside debating how strong he and his team are in the manga. This also gives us a chance to try to steer the conversation in one more way (discussing Guy's abilities). That's why I'm arguing to bring it back.

He has ways of avoiding the arrow, and also attacking... Or ambushing the rather stationary Kidomaro at the same time. I'm not going to say much and give out any ideas since its the teams job to analyze both characters and figure out ways there combatant can win. But i'm definitely interested in how it'll pan out, since it may very well end up like you say or a great battle of which can best utilize their combatants battle tactics, depending on whether they do their homework or not.

The passively enabled shared vision between The Paths in general will provide aid in their anticipation of not only their given group to fight, but the others as well enabling them to dodge/counter attacks effortlessly due to Nagato's control.

The Shodai Group consisting of Shurado, Gakido, & Ningendo will confront Gai, and his pupil Neji. The two are dangerously great in CQC as many know however, The Shodai Group is specifically designed to disable both Neji, and his sensei Gai from attempting succession via Taijutsu.
Neji will be the first victim of The Shodai Group aka Team Anti-CQC. Neji's main defense is Kaiten assimilated with pure chakra from the users Tenketsu, the first counter against Neji's "perfect defense" is Gakido. Once Neji attempts to counter any physical assault via Kaiten, Gakido act on instinct, performing

With Kaiten's disabling Gakido can take an approach to either grab Neji from behind (a simple option), restricting his movements, while absorbing his chakra, or due to Kaiten being cancelled, Shurado's job would be in place.. Shurado's job against Neji would to immediately (after Kaiten's deactivation via Fujutsu Kyuin) would to annihilate Neji with the use of Shura no Ko. This technique would unleash a large scale chakra explosion within Shurado's frontal view point (Neji, Gai, and Gakido) causing Neji to die and/or be fatally wounded due to Gakido absorbing his chakra, and Gai to be caught within the blast (Gakido is unhurt due to his ability to absorb chakra). However, another alternate executing of Neji's demise would be to switch Shurado, and Ningendo's placement (Ningendo taking out Neji, and Shurado taking on Gai).
Altercation #2 would commence once Gakido has taken hold of Neji completely disabling him of chakra/chakra usage. Due to Pain's shared vision the Paths could act in unison controlling Ningendo to simultaneously take out Neji via Kyukon no Jutsu with a single touch. Neji, & Gai were symbolized in this match-up as The Shield & Sword; each cannot perform a successive tactic without the other. With Neji being the Shield, and Gai being the Sword, Gai is defenseless.
Gai being the defenseless Sword would possesses only offensive tactics in which is useless against the ultimate Anti-CQC Team. While Neji is being defeated, the only path possible within The Shodai Group to CQC one on one against Gai would be Shurado. The capabilities of Shurado are immense, from throwing a fellow Path into Konohagakure from a far distance, tanking Raikiri, and a huge blunt fist from Choji, and his father, as well as deploying concentrated chakra throughout its feet causing a sudden burst of speed through Shurado.
Those accomplishments alone could allow Shurado a somewhat footing in going toe to toe against Gai. However, he wouldn't defeat him, once Gakido, and Ningendo are finished with Neji they would head on to Shurado's aid. Once again I want everyone especially team Senko to pay close attention to this next part..
Hachimon; All known as Eight Gates is an internal exertion of chakra. Yes Hachimon is chakra manipulation from within the inside of a users body:

To further more strengthen my case that Hachimon = Internal Chakra is the fact that all the techniques of which Hachimon parents are labeled Kinjutsu, and Taijutsu; not the "Jutsu" part. Jutsu:

Tendo taking place on the Chameleon, Jigokudo taking place on The Crustacean, and Chikushodo taking place on the Bird (for Long-Range coverage, and their opponents inability to attack Long-Range).
Jigokudo's specific placement will cause more so trouble via support due to the Crustacean's ability: Suiton: Homatsu Rappa. This technique shoots froth onto the battlefield against the Crustacean's target(s) causing the targeted landscape to attain limited friction; ultimately making the surface slippery limiting Taijutsu, and/or Blitzing Speed to slow/become clumsy. Now only this, the velocity of the froth can repel projectiles, and/or opponents attempting to CQC which is in general Team Gai's specialty. To add on to all of this, Suiton: Homatsu Rappa is capable of blinding the opponents LoS (Line of Sight) completely changing the outcomes if need be..

At all times even the most detailed attack will be seen by his eyes no matter how big or how small! So with that being said whether we spilt up or not we now have added protection in the form of neji helping us out. We then will split up with Ten ten and Might Guy vs "The Shodai Group" while neji and Lee take the other! With this we have a balanced plan of action to use!
Lets get to the fight with Nidaime(means 2nd) group ( btw just use English terms, stop trying to look smart...) vs neji and Lee!
God Realm at the end of the day is the only Path that we have to worry about, But with his powers out of commission for awhile our strategy will be to kill him ASAP and the other paths will try to stall untill then ofc. So it is basically a 2 vs 2 with Neji and Lee vs Animal and Hell realm! What we know about the Paths is that 1) they share vision and protect each others Blind spots and 2) each only has one ability! Animal Path will obv summon animals! They seem to think this will detour us, but fail to realize.. Were faster and Have a better Defense in the form of neji!

With Guy and Tenten They are at an advantage with one being along range fighter and the other being a close combat fighter! Neji helping them Dodge the missiles and long range attacks thanks to their communication, Tenten last longer than anyone thinks (shockerO_O). Guy engages in Close combat (ofc) and at first sees they are dodging and he isnt fast enough... Hmp... Guy Basically Can solo all 3 at once!

Guy has already Been shown To speed blitz The rinnegan plus Sharingan Shared Vision! Keep in mind the 3 tomoe allows the user to read and predict, and the Rinnegan is similar to the Byakugan.. Yet he effortless lee Blitz the Paths with no difficulty or resistance! He will Easily take on all 3 since none of them can keep track of his speed let alone tank his attacks!

And as seen here, Hunger pain is not durable at all!!! He was one shot'ed by narutos Frog katas... -___-... Not even naruto's full force punch! And Guy in Gates is allot stronger then what Naruto Dished out! So that's basically 3 pains down! Guy and Tenten are dealing with 1 pain that has no offense what so ever, while neji and lee are dealing with a powerless deva path and a defense pain!
Since it is now ground based; neji goes one on one with the Hell realm... And we all know what happens once with in range...
