Sasuke is a criminal. Him becoming Hokage would basically be a fuck you to everything that Naruto stands for. Hard Work, loyalty to his village, enduring, standing strong in the face of pressure. Also, Tobirama being a boss is irrelevant. It's his policies that caused the Uchiha to plan a coup. That would not have happened under Hashirama's rule, who was loved by the village like Naruto is now.

This scan clearly shows why Sasuke is not suitable to become hokage. He only ever thinlks about himself. Had Naruto not saved the alliance, Sasuke would have left them there to die. He is selfish, arrogant, too prideful, and doesn't give a damn about what others think, as seen here:

which is why Naruto was thinking about what Itachi said, because he recognized that Sasuke would try to change the village by force, which goes directly against the advice Itachi gave Naruto.

Madara left because of various reasons. The village loved Hashirama. They didn't love him. And Tobirama made things worse. This coupled with the losses his clan had suffered and the fact they opposed him led to him leaving the village.

Naruto is too unintelligent to carry politic issues and he is very naive which can potentially lead to huge problems for the village.

Sasuke is too ruthless and will give no care for the village. Similar to Danzo.

If anyone deserving the title, its Kakashi. Already top 10 in power, very intelligent in handling government and issues, and he is the successor of the 4th Hokage. He is the only one who can do the job.

Hokage is not about being powerful. Its about courage, love, balance, and wisdom. Kakashi wields all of them and Naruto/Sasuke only wield little and cannot use them correctly.​

I've had my doubts for a while even though I can barely stand Sasuke.

I see a collaboration of sorts in order to change history.

The sage chose Ashura and Indra caused a battle between them. Hashirama chose Madara but the people chose Hashirama and a battle happened between them. Sasuke and Naruto both working together, earning the respect of the village and Naruto giving the Uchiha a chance to been seen in a different light would make sense.

Sasugay would be a better hokage than Naruto. Naruto is a retard who doesn't have the analytical mind to run a village and make diplomatic decisions. Naruto will always be overwhelmed by emotions.
