Naruto, his positives are; He has the will of fire to protect the village no matter what and the love and care for the village. Sasuke, his positives are; He knows the history of Konoha and ways to fix the system and he has the intellect to carry politics and business issues for the village. He went there with a underlying plan to Kill Sasuke. He knew he was a victim of that era. He accepts it. You cannot simply gloss over that cruelty of his, no matter how much you state so. Yes, you're right about that. I think he had more character in the fillers when he was still with Team 7. I could like him a bit then, and recently when he started to make a few decent choices, but the latest spoilers have me feeling he hasn't changed one bit. I was disappointed.
