I would prefer it if Sasuke got a power-up instead of Naruto.
They need to be equal, but come to think of it, with only spamming EMS techniques i don't think hes in much need of Rinnegan at all.

This chapter was really good, mostly b/c everyone's prediction came true about the Kurama/Susano armor combo 
I loved the part with Oro and Hiruzen, Oro is so calm and nonchalant that it just makes him a boss! XD
Tobirama is still awesome as usual...
Sakura is now deemed useful
I did enjoy seeing Naruto and Sasuke get beat down for a minute b/c it drags out the action and unfortunately, the TNJ
Kakashi needs to hurry up and join the fight!
...I wanna see Team 7 reunite for a good fight, especially since Sakura can actually join the fight due to the Fourth Rule of Byakugou XD

More Kakashi, which is always good. Bijuu and Susanoo armour, just like before; I have a feeling it'll look a lot more awesome with the bijuu cloak rather than the real Kurama being in the armour. I just like how we're seeing more Naruto and Sasuke teamwork again; just like old times. And Sakura has finally proven to be a great ninja; however I still find her annoying. But I'm not hating. Overall, awesome chapter; 4/5.

Naruto and Sasuke look like they're fusing Sussano and Kurama
the ending seems to promise something next week, we've had 4 build-up chapters, so hopefully we get something next week. unlike the past few weeks, I actually have hope that's the case

Tsunade and Sakura; heal fodders, stop wasting my time. This is not plot relevant because fodders are, by definition not plot relevant
Obito speech; I've heard this too many times.
Obito tries to tnj Naruto again; Why on earth do you think it'll work this time when you've failed to convince Naruto liiterally innumerable times. Stop doing the same thing and expecting a different result
wasted potential development of Sasuke; Obito blasted Sasuke for betraying Naruto. Sasuke has already aplogized to Karin for his betrayal. It wouldn't be a stretch for him to apologize to Naruto. However, I guess character development isn't allowed
Obito is set up to be tnj; doubts self according to Kakashi. so there's another inevitable cliche
Obito doubts his plan; this could be good development but then I thougth about why he was doubting himself. because someone else disagreed with him incessantly. That's not a valid reason to doubt everything you've done for half you life
So, Tsunade do continue to wank and work with Sakura. Just ignored Ino who was also your apprentice and has done many things in this war. Go teachers praise all their students, not just their favorites
Raikage; doesn't appear. He's on the battlefield with the man that tried to kill his beloved brother. why not explore that potential conflict. wait that would led to character development and must, therefore, never happen
so many chapters full of speeches
not much has changed; was expecting more from a chapter ending with 0

I forgot where's Shikamaru? Dude, declared out the blue he was Naruto's brother (they're close but bother seriously Kishimoto can't develop a healthy relationship to save his life, he just implies it). Then no follow-up development. Kishimoto, stop failing! Stop giving characters the potential to develop and then forgetting. It's beyond shitty writing. Try to develop your character not re-hatching Fail's despair speeches or Naruto's/Kage's hope speeches.
the speeches; Kishimoto can't write speeches. they're stupid, boring, and repetitive. This makes the last four chapters horrible. Stop writing what you clearly can't write. quicken the pace
