whatever happens I think this story will end with no one having chakra, it just makes sense that everyone would return their power back, either that or kill the god tree.

naruto might end up dying to save the world, and people will just become normal humans, like they were before the chakra, but its weird how they could survive withouth chakra before, but now if people loose chakra they die, its really weird O.O

Yeah, maybe you should look some of this s#it up before you open your mouth about something you are ignorant about. "Tree of life" and Messiah characters all predated Christianity by millennia and Judaism by hundreds of years. These references kishi is making are probably based on eastern Bhuddist or Hindi philosophy.

Informative... Sasuke's power up should be coming soon. And the tree took a shit ton of chakra from naruto so that could be a reason why it stopped.

See theres alil loop here sasuke wasnt being attack by the tree could be that since obito is the host his uchiha blood registers as no target an as for jugo where did curse mark come from is it a strain of jubi demon from? Be weird pull another Tobi = Obito moment Jugo=Jubi legacy, Madara was attack bc hes a edo a dead body he dont count. I still don't understand how the Juubi can go through all of these transformations with only a fraction of it's two most powerful components' power. It only has the chakra contained within one tail of the Hachibii and the chakra from the gold and silver brothers, which came from the relatively tiny bit of Kyuubi stomach they ate. These two tailed beasts are shown to be equal to or even than stronger than all of the other tailed beasts combined when Naruto and Bee fought Obito, so why then is the 10 tails able to use all of his abilities?

I don't think its weird that the shinobi are dying from having the chakra sucked out of them. Correct me if I am wrong, but I recall near the beginning of the manga, Kakashi explained to team 7 that if they fully drain their chakra they might die. I'll need to look for this chapter... It seems that somehow having chakra engraves it into a shinobi's life-force much like extracting a biju kills the jinchuriki.
As for the theories that all shinobi might be descended from so6p, I don't think there is any merit to this idea. I suspect that once the fruit was eaten something fundamentally changed about the world and other people started getting chakra. Also, i recall earlier descriptions of so6p described him as a wandering hermit who went around teaching people ninjutsu. Perhaps he gave the original heads of all the clans their chakra, much like Naruto can give people Kurama's chakra. Some clans would naturally be descendants of so6p, but most would probably be descendants of his students. Otherwise, it would not make sense for particular lineages to have significance (Senju/Uchiha).
I like the fact that the Juubi is a tree in the end (though can it still be a Juubi without tails?). There has been a lot of rich symbolism and foreshadowing leading up to this point regarding the significance of trees in the manga. For instance, the ability of the wood style to control the Kyubi, Naruto's attacks turning Zetsus into trees, Madara's Hashirama plant, etc...
In the end, I predict Shino saves the day with an emerald ash borer.
