Yes, perhaps I was too harsh, but telling me he will prove me wrong, then going back on his words is not exactly the best way to go. I assume that Madara let Naruto live because Minato consented to allowing him have the Nine-Tailed Fox, resulting in Kushina's death, then Minato also dying to seal the Nine-Tails into Naruto. His target is not Naruto now; it is Kushina, because if the agreement had been kept that Madara would get the Nine-Tails in exchange for Naruto, the baby would be back in Minato's arms. Minato would attack Madara otherwise, probably without success, but that would delay Madara's acquirement of the Nine-Tailed Fox. Delay is something that Madara does not want, because the longer he stays, the further his plans do not get realized. Most likely the deal was kept, with Madara taking control of the Nine-Tailed Fox, and Minato giving up his life to seal it into Naruto, hoping that he would be able to defeat Madara with this "special power."yeah seems like I beat you too itanyway I we agree, but no need to flame others eh? if they dont see facts for facts or logic for logic then there is no reason trying to reason with someone who already made their mind even before evidence was presented

Yeah i know its his face I just wanna see it and see why Kishi is still hiding it from us there has to be a reason and I don't think that it's he is Danzo or Obito there is just something going on Kishi doesn't wanna tell us.

Kishimoto has a good reason why Madara wears the mask, but I have a feeling that we might get to see the face behind the mask in the coming chapters. Your wrong there too, because the elders knew of Madara. It was only revealed like 20 chapters ago, why don't you try re-reading again? Also, the coup was being planned before they were even moved further out. It wasn't till after the Kyubi incident that they started creating the plot. Planned before Kyubi, began plotting after Kyubi.
He did not have two sons who were Uchiha and Senju, don't spout nonsense. He did have to sons though that later in years, their decendants BECAME the Uchihas and Senjus. They were not the clans from the start. Also, you have no idea how the lineage might have been. For all we know, distant blood relatives might mean .1% blood of the senju, and if Minato wasn't an Uzumaki, ofcourse he wasn't, that means the percentage is cut in half further. So Naruto can have .05 percent, but then he can also have upwards to 25%, you don't know. Without concrete proof, you can't assume $#!% like this.
The Uchihas wanted one of their own to become Hokage, they've gone through 4 hokages while the Uchihas were forced to be on the sidelines as police officers. All Uchihas were powerful, but then they had a select few beyond others like Shisui who they wanted as Hokage and knew those select few were better then any others. The elders and the council were the ones who typically chose or they went by the choice of the Hokage. Neither gave the Uchihas any recognition so the higher-ups began to feel the tension before the Kyubi attack took place. Kyubi attack only gave them reasons for choosing, it was not the reason to annihalate the entire clan. The Uchihas were already gonna overthrow Konoha to be the leaders, the planned it BEFORE Kyubi's attack. They were plotting after the attack and had a set date. That was the reasoning to take action at that time. The Kyubi and Madara had nothing to do with the already increasing tension going on before and after.It was MADARA because he released the fox remember DUH!!!! the elders didn't just discriminate them because they FELT like it
Thats Narutopedia a good site that have there facts straight it says Konoha started to suspect them after the Kuubi attack not before & because they started treating the Uchiha bad thats when they started planning there coup becuase Konoha thought they where involved & we see it is just Madara not all of the Uchiha if not for Madara doing what he did the Uchiha would still be alive.

Anybody else notice how much smaller Madara looked? Definitely a young Obito. My guess is the previous vessel of Madara offered to save his life for use of his body. Obito probably became overcome with grief and hate once Kakashi let Rin die. Of course, the only evidence so far offered that Madara is obito is: Kakashi's MS has no affect on Madra (hello); Kabuto's six coffin (still a mystery); and the young Madara in chap 500.

I think that the fact that Naruto is somewhat related to the Senju Clan could be a way by Kishimoto to give Naruto a new upgrade. Who would have told Mikoto and Kushina that their offspring not only would be friends, but the greatest of enemies =)?

ya who would have guessed those two would meet at the valley of the end and have the most epic battle ever at such a young age and merely genin just to three years later become some of the top five strongest people in the world.basically the biggest rivals since madara and hashirama.who themselves were the biggest rivalry since the two brothers.history will clash these sides against each other repeatedly till it is resolved with naruto and sasuke the two most promising shinobi of all time I love it

I think that now Naruto knows all this he'll be able to save Sasuke. He could even tell him that their mothers were friends and so should they =). What I want to know is how Yondaime was able to take Naruto away from Madara after the latter took the nine tails. I also think that Madara killed Kusihina after he took the kyuubi away.
