My opinion is that the markings are a remnant of the Sage of Six Paths' technique; knowledge that came with the chakra that naruto stole from the kyubi: a way to securly seal a tailed beast. Don't think that naruto consciently knew what he was doing.
As for the hate thing... The One Tailed beast was just like a child...Playing a game of "destroy everything" but not very inteligent and not "hate-fuelled". And the two tails, and the three tails, etc etc. None of the other tailed beasts seem hate-fuelled except the kyubii. If my guess is correct the Nine tails ended up with 50% of the hate of the original tailed beast and the other 50% divided by the other 8 beats. So no beast would be as heatedfull as the nine tails.
One thing that bothers me is...Minato seal only half of the fox's chakra in Naruto. The yang half. What did he do with the other half? Sealed in himself? Used it somehow?
As for Naruto being Senju (having, metaforacly, the body of the sage of six paths), I don't know.... Konoha had two inicial clans: Senju and Uchiha. But after Madara's defeat, they assimilated tons of other clans mixing it all up. It would be a long shot (but possible) that naruto is a descendent. But even so, if he is, why is he the only one?
As for the Sasuke having the eye of the sage (metaforacly speaking, the one that the sage passed to his son)... It is believed that the Sharingan appeared from the byakugan...so, is it correct to say that the Sage passed on to his son the byakugan?

Yeah that's the question i wanted to bring up, if kushina is the previous host, she must have the yang half of the fox's chakra, it's mysterious how this is all gunna play out, we people are really inclined to knowin about both halfs of the kyuubi's chakra,
I think that the yin part was also in kushina. It probably led to the kyubi escaping from her. this should appear in the next chapter. Minato, wanting to avoid Madara manipulating Naruto through the kyubi, sealed the yin (translated as "dark") part into the reaper, sentencing himself to an eternal battle against it.. or something like that. Hope the actual thing is better than my prediction
But the manga states that Minato did the splitting.I agree with pretty much everything you said. but tsunade is a senju.. a quarter-senju at least.
the hyuga and uchiha inheritance is twisted, but they're clearly the "eyes" of the so6p. or madara says so. but then, hinata should also be naruto's worst enemy, along with the entire hyuga clan. makes sense?
final battle is hinata vs naruto:flaw: (seriously.. I'm not serious about that)about the other half: like I said before, the other half is in the reaper's tummy fighting minato. until kabuto summons him (orochimaru almost did it). and orochimaru and kabuto seem to be the same person now.. they call themselves kabuto, but when you look at him you see orochimaru.
The person that Kabuto summoned in front of madara was some dark secret the madara never wanted anyone to know. Kabuto says "don't worry, I wont tell anyone" or something like that. If it was minato, there wouldn't be any need for secrecy. And Kabuto now has far more powerfull bodies than minato's. Nagato and Itachi are both at least as powerfull.
But i remain very curious to see who was int he cuffon and to know the details of Kyubi's sealing.
Madara is also deep in mistery...what happened to the world's most powerfull ninja that he seems to be a shadow of what he was? like only a puppet. Only able to do one thing: apear and disapear. For him to not have battle directly with anyone so far he must be very weak at the moment...but why? because of minato? of the 1st?
why didn't he control the kyubi and force it out when he saw naruto? And what about his obcession with sasuke? that will back-fire on him. He will be more powerfull than madara and dificult to control...

First of all...please write a little better. It's difficult to understand you.the queston is how can the big 9 tailed fox and other bijju FIT a MAN BODY?
Second, Biju are only chakra. Like jutsus with personality. They can exist in a human body because they are only chakra. The flesh is created by chakra. As for the human body when they transform in to the biju form, it serves as a "sead" from witch the biju chakra creates his own body. But, again, this is all "possible" because they are chakra. Don't see them as an animal, because they aren't.

Dude this is a manga, there are things that can't just be explained even with logical reasons in the Naruto world there are things that simply can't be explained. For example how did the Sage of the Six Paths learned about ninjutsu as he was the first one who used any form of jutsu on the other hand we still don't know fully about the dead reaper tech.the queston is how can the big 9 tailed fox and other bijju FIT a MAN BODY?
And minato used dead reaper for seal 9 tailed fox so the fox physical body is dead? and half of soul in naruto? or dead reaper can phys-x-ali form seal not only soul?

i wonder if madara seal himself the all bijjus power they had 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 talied bijjus...
maybe he do that for the ninja war.....

I don't think madara's capable of controlling 7 bijuu sealed inside him at once. Not even sure if it's possible. 7x the chance of losing control. and sasuke won't get anything, he's just a pawn.. always been (madara's, orochimaru's and itachi's)

I can think of two options.
1st his own brother... if kabuto had access to his body that would scare madara.
2nd have you ever imagine if madara isn't in his original body?
think of it, madara needed itachi and now needs sasuke...why? what if he wants to transfer to their bodies? he may just be like orochimaru. And if so, the body could be his original body...and thus the "I won't tell anyone" part that kabuto said... being that discovering madara's original body would expose his true nature... what if the EMS secret tech is a form of genjutsu allowing your mind to transfer to another body? I don't know excatly....but I think that the body has to do with madara's true nature or with a secret.
The sage of six paths can't be the body. How would madara now that it was the Sage by looking at it? he never met the actual sage...It has to be someone he knows...
As for Hirashisama...his soul was sealed by the 3rd...so that no one could used him like that again...so it's not him...

and for sasuke is not just a pawn you know he dosent trust anyone and he is right....
madara not yoused him... just tell them the truth....
and if he really want "sasuke body" why shell him to kabuto... or why not doing something with sasuke this is crap madara dont want anybody body....

i think ur rite well this might be a possibility madhara kidnaps kushina and she fights back with kubi-mode and madhara since he can control the kubi released it just like the one happened in pain saga thats y minato was able to put in a fail safe in case something similar happens to naruto just like his mom.............. thats y minato appeared when naruto went 8 tailed in pain saga however minato was able to save him but in case of kushina no one was able to do that so thats y she went kubi full and released her biju and thats the reason for the attack 16 years ago and thats is what i guess she is going to tell naruto in 500th episode and naruto gonna get pissed and in the last page he will open his eye with ripples rennagan ..........................

Sasuke was never more than a pawn...He's being used and manipulated...
As for the whole "body snatcher" theory, it's just that...a theory... And Madara isn't going to sell him to anyone... He's just buying time until he thinks of what to do to kabuto....
Only the sage of six paths was powerfull enough to control that amount of chakra...that's why Madara needed Nagato's Rinnegan... Since Nagato's not in play anymore, I guess that Madara will just release the bijuu to destroy the land. But maybe after they're sealed in the statue, they become easier to control, allowing madara to use them...
Did you even consider it's the other way around? MS translations are a lot better than OM. For instance when Naruto absorbed the Kyuubi's power and the Kyuubi starts building up a massive chakra energy ball on MS Naruto says "he still has got that many power left", while on OM he says "I still have got that many power left". The latter doesn't even make any sense at all, it's obvious he's talking about the Kyuubi, so OM is clearly mistaken.
Overall seen MS is just better than OM: better quality, better translation and above all a lot faster.
Not to mention that MS is a lot more clear about the infamous SO6P-citation of the Kyuubi than OM =/
True that, however i lead the the assumtion that when he consumed all that chakra, he obtained "all that power". It's controversial in my opinion, there could be many translations because theres like 3 different japanese languages.
yea.. hashirama probably won't come back. but if minato is in that thing's stomach, why did it say "4" on the third coffin summoned by orochimaru?
there might be a way to "borrow" them from the reaper's tummy.now.. the sage has the rinnegan, weird necklace and horns (sort of). madara could probably guess that it was him. but I won't bet anything on the sage being revived, hoping that he isn't.
I'm not sure about madara being afraid of his brother. Kabuto wouldn't even know who he is to begin with. And madara's old. horrifyingly old. That's why he's hiding his face. He says he didn't die because of his chakra. So I'll stick to what he said for now.
now for controlling the jubi. you throw a coin, you catch it. you throw 7 coins in the air and I presume that you cannot catch them all, no matter how small they are. yea, my explanation sucks, but that's how I see it. And I'm not sure even madara knows for sure if he'll be able to control the jubi.. might just get himself into a mess
no, I don't believe that madara is immortal in the orochimaru style. The left part of his face is wounded (he says it's from the fight with hashirama).
He plans to use sasuke to sync his sharingan with that statue since he doesn't want his only eye to go blind. and he keeps saying that people chose to help him. In fact, they were all manipulated, so was sasuke.
