Most likely from Orochimaru.. He had summon Manda before and Orochimaru obviously taught him a lot of techs including summoning and Kirin..​

dude....y wud orochimaru teach him 2 summon an enemy of the snake....isnt it widely known dat snakes are prey 2 d large predator birds.....just saying....

iCould Be That Itachi Is Alive Because The Man Was A Straight Up Genious, iMean He Did Plan things out for long after his death maybe this was his ace in the hole & Now hes come to set the truth striaght ORRRR Its Sasukes genjutsu & hes just gunna say "For The Last Time I Told YOu Not To Speak Of Itachi" lol

Ok So iHad To Edit This Cause iCame Up With A Somewat Logical Explanation For Itachi's Reappearance. Ok So You Al Remember How Itachi Gave Sasuke Some Of His Powers By The Forehead Tap Well The It Would Make Sense That Itachi, Once Agian Being The Genius He Is, Planned For Sasuke To Persue Hatred Toward The Village, Because Of What They Did To Itachi. So Itachi Pulled A 4th On This One, Meaning That He Made It So That He Would Appear If Sasuke Fought Danzo, Why He Would Do This Is Im Still Uncertian.

I don't think so because if i recall in one of the chapters they explaine that he taped sasuke's forhead so that every time madara tries to chow his tru face to sasuke amaterusu attacks madara's head !!
But i still hope that its really itachi

Itachi appearing again is most likely a genjutsu, because before he appears we can see the crows, which was one of the main ways Itachi used illusions. Having said that, there are several reasons why Itachi could have appeared:

1. Something to do with the jutsu he gave Naruto in chapter 403, "I've given you some of my power. I hope the day never comes when you have to use it."

2. To keep Sasuke away from Danzo, or to prevent Danzo from harming/killing Sasuke. "The reason Itachi appeared in Konoha immediately after his death was because he wanted to warn Danzo and the village elders, 'I am alive.'"

3. To prevent Danzo from revealing important information about a number of things, such as Itachi, Konohakagure, the Uchiha clan massacre, or even about himself. As said in chapter 398, "the truth about Itachi will disappear into the darkness for eternity. And that was just what he wanted." Maybe there was a significant reason we don't know of yet for Itachi wanting the truth to disappear forever?

Whatever the reason for his appearance is, it is obviously going to play a role, and from the way Kishimoto ended this chapter on a cliff-hanger, it is going to play an important one indeed.

Well, if you notice on that very page crows being released from Sasuke's body and flying away, we can probably conclude that the crows played a role in the result of Itachi's appearance. Most likely they probably had to do with the fail-safe Madara mentioned in chapter 397: "he equipped you with his own jutsu, as a last-ditch effort to kill me. Or perhaps his intention was simply to keep me away from you." Maybe this fail-safe applied to Danzo and possibly the village elders as well? Because if you notice on the next page of that chapter, Madara says "I assume that he set up things so the sight of my Sharingan would automatically trigger Amaterasu to activate."

Danzo has an entire arm covered with Sharingan eyes, so maybe the sight of Danzo's arm would cause Itachi to appear. It's hard to tell, but Madara did say he managed to outsmart Itachi by keeping a few secrets from him, but maybe this isn't so for Danzo. Now, this is just my theory, but perhaps one of the several Sharingans on Danzo's arm is Madara's, thus causing Amaterasu to automatically activate because of Sasuke seeing it. And this could also explain why the left side of Madara's face is covered. After all, while telling the truth to Sasuke about Itachi, he only revealed the right side of his face, which is interesting and produced several theories as well.

As I said, it's hard to tell at this point, but hopefully next week's manga will clear things up (if there's an issue which I'm not sure of as of yet).

So instead of a million itachis stabbing you over in over like he did to kakashi ... You will have 1 itachi fighting you and of course the jutsu user sasuke.

So instead of a million itachis stabbing you over in over like he did to kakashi ... You will have 1 itachi fighting you and of course the jutsu user sasuke.

He already used Tsukyomi on KillerBee.. Remember that in order to use Susano'o,one must awaken Tsukyomi and Amaterasu first.. That's what he did against Kirabi..​

I don`t think either Sasuke, Donzou, or Madara for that sake, can afford to lose. Someone need to show up and clean up, and i think that person is Itachi.

Someone keeps mention that Kishi has said that Sasuke will fall deeper into darknes after this fight, that?s wrong.
Kishi said that this fight will decide what will happend to Sasuke onwards. If he will fall deeper or if he will give up on taking his revenge out on all of Konoha or something like that. At least that is in some way what SacredSaberTooth said in the last prediction thread:

"The battle against Danzou will decide Sasuke's direction but he (Kishimoto) told us that he wrote something big happening with Sasuke"

He asked: "What will happen to Sasuke after fighting Danzou?"
「ダンゾウ戦が終わってサスケの今後の展開（行動というか意志というか）が決まる」
"The ending of the Danzou fight will determine Sasuke's coming development (whether it be his movement or his intentions)" and so on

In fact that Itachi might even make Sasuke's dogma bigger.. You know how stubborn Sasuke is. He would never forgive Itachi despite his actions.
It's totally unrealistic to assume that Sasuke would forgive Itachi just like that.

I don't think Madara would allow that.. Sure, Itachi could, but Madara is the problem. I think he would brainwash Sasuke into hating Itachi again.

If this is Itachi (check my theories XD), then this won't succeed since the Manga say the second tragedy of Sasuke's revenge has just begun..
That would lead to the conclusion that Itachi won't be able to do much.

did anyone ever see itachi be dead? i mean i know we saw him fall over and it was assumed he was dead, but wasn't his body missing when they came back?
