Yes dieing can make you re think moves that you made in the past but it doesn't mean that if you survive your near death experience you will change your ways over night.

It's goin to take a lot more than that for Sasuke to redeem himself.

Too right! Even duo I have already given him the benefit of the doubt. Im setting my self up for a fall. But thats ok Im a big hopeful.

I once posted a comment about what if Sasuke was given an S-Rank mission from Kakashi when he sealed the cures seal. He would have told him that Orochimaru is after you go with him and find out his plans of his second invasion.

I agree, they must be the everlasting leaders for some reason. Tsunade dislikes them, several shinobi seem to and yet they are there. But these leaders could be a problem for anyone, not only for Sasuke.
