well he would prob have rinnegan at that point aand be no more than a vessel. the whole itachi thing really pisses me off,he was the greatest shinobi the leaf has ever known (save the fourth).just ONCE i wish we had gotten to see him fight at full strength!! what i sight that woulda been

true but one on one he would kick the 2nd and 3th's behind like nothing funny.
even against the first he would stand a chance with sasuno, only the 4th would be able to defeat him without any problems...body flicker and bye bye itachi
from what we have seen so far/know to be true,there is definitely know one who has had to bear a greater burden while protecting the village. not the fourth even, hes dead he didnt have to see naruto grow up in pain/isolation. but what itachi did has to be far worse than death. plus as i said we never saw what his true strength was.he was toying with sasuke and had aqlready givin some of his power,sh*t it could have been 1/2 his power.we don't know to naruto. i mean go back in time the best friend he killed was a master of the body flicker aka space/time ninjutsu, hince yondaime and madara... obviously that didnt overwelm him. and i ahd always gtten the fealing that niether pain or madara cared to oppose him as niether was willing to harm the leaf while he was around!!

yo renegade i dunno if u read the last couple of pages but me garf and nar9 had soom debate on the whole light/dark, yin/yang thing what kind of jutsu's do u believe what fit under that?

and on the yin/yang manipulation:
yin and yang are what make up chackra..so for the manipulation you would be able to split them and just use one.
what was said on how shikamaru's kage mane no jutsu and couiji's baika no justu:
to me those are just kekkai genkai giving the fact only those within their clan can use the technique..
shikamaru's technique works cuz he can some how fuse his chackra (not yin or yang) with the shadows and then manipulate them, same for chouji but then with his own cells to somehow make himself bigger, same how gaara can manipulate sand.
yin and yang are just medical and genjutsu if ya ask me.... cuz yamoto only said he should keep the explanation on them for another time, after naruto asked about them and not when he asked about shikamaru's jutsu.
so to use genjutsu i think you would use yang to disrupt the flow of chackra like was explained when they fought itachi and Yin to heal people...
i know it might have some flaws but it was the best i could come up with for know..i'll have some more toughts on it and maybe come with a better explanation.

Do you figure that Itachi got his MS by extracting Shisui's eyes but did not get EMS?
I think that all forms of the MS are recieved by extraction, which is also brings in kakashi since rin extracted the eye and put it in Kakashi
Itachi probably found out from Madara about this and went to get Shisui since he was the one of the clans best. Maybe Madara didnt tell Itachi about the whole brother thing to get the EMS because he was afraid Itachi would over power him. Remember, Madara needed followers from the beginning. And since the whole Kou De Ta (sp? lol) was thought to be happening, Itachi knew That madara would try to seize the chance and take down Konoha once and For All or at least stel someones eyes and become more powerful, So Itachi beat him to it and killed the clan. Leaving only his BROTHER as a kind of insurance policy for later so Either Itachi could take his eyes and kill the million year old madara or Sasuke could take Itachis eyes and take madara down too. In the end, it really was all for the village, and even for the world lol.

for someone with the inside you have you are quite wrong. stop saying itachi is dead if he is not. Zetsu said during the battle between sasuke and itachi "I can not believe that itachi is alive"; he never mentioned he was dead.

I said it once and I will say it again...
Itachi is dead...so is Jiiraya. They won't be coming back except maybe in flashbacks. Itachi giving naruto power will come back in a big way during the Naruto VS Sasuke fight...but thats not happening for a while. Sasuke wants the 8 tailed demon for himself to be able to fight Naruto/Kuuybi and destroy those that gave the orders to itachi to kill the clan. Sasuke also then has more members on his side besides team hawk if he hangs with akatshi. I hope he gets the 8 tailed demon soon. I don't see Madara betraying Sasuke right now since their goals are similar...destroy konoha and take in the demons. Regarding the Sharingon...Sasuke didn't want Itachi's eyes but I feel might take them later on in the manga. Madara could of taken sasuke's or itachi's when he was holding itachi's actual eyes and when madara had sasuke tiedup to talk to him about itachi. The legend with the demons is the 8th demon calls upon the 1st through 7th demon to fight the 9th with him BUT the 9th wins. Since the show I would assume would be following legend...Sasuke and the others will get the demons and try to take down Konoha and lose. About the sannins...Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke are supposed to be the next versions. Orochomaro traded and thats who Sasuke is supposed to follow. Jiiraya is followed by Naruto. the Hokage is followed by Sakura. This means Sakura will become a bad ass soon...she already killed someone during the fillers. I think Gaara and the other forgotten characters of the sand village will have to step in and help save Konoha later when it is under attack. I don't see Karin being killed just yet nor do I see the cursedseal user losing his powers like others have said. Team Hawk are the new characters that will getting air time...(not hinata, neji, choji, kiba, rock lee, sai, etc.) Why would Team Hawk be killed or powers taken away? Also where did people get the whole 8 tailed beast will join team hawk thing? Can you see Sasuke hanging with a rapper...I didn't think so. That is way out of left field. Also to comment on peoples view of Sakura...She is the medical student of the hokage! She may not fight all the time and run stupidly into fights screaming "Naruto are you ok?!" but she heals people and is strong..check out the sasori fight. She is strong in the Naruto universe but I think she is a bum for saying that she would leave with sasuke and then stay in the village and not let anyone now that she said that.

uhhhhm zetsu told madara that itachi was dead when madara was fighting konoha.
so i hate to break it to ya ...but uhhhh..... itachi is dead
... some people believe/ hope he will be brought back, but that doesn't seem likely since his body has been dead for more then a week for sure.... maybe even two(don't know how long they mourned over Jiraiya)
and gaara was already stiff from being dead only a couple of hours, so no, itachi is dead and he will remain so...and i agree with ssanimo that they shoud have shown itachi at least once at full power.. he was one of ma favourite shinobi and probably the strongest in akatsuki after madara and pain..... so to kill him off like THAT, is just pure fan abuse, if ya ask me.
btw i guess no spoilers until next week either

yeah that's true but then at least show him at full power against somebody b4 sasuke..make him fight a jinchuurki or something i mean com on..you create a character with so much flair and then just kill him off cuz he had a decease... not good kishi, not good at all.
yea on the shisui thing im goining off of anime didint start reading manga till shippuden era but they say it when they first find out he had been killed.i 99% sure it's fact. i dont even have a clue what manga chapter would be around that time period
err put wrong quote up there but yea i agree on the fighting the jichuuriki thing or maybe his fight to enter akatsuki. sumthin i know it sure seemed like niether madara or pain wanted to end up fightin him
