He didn't lose speed that just wasn't his normal speed. That was speed he used to get past gaaras defence. Speed that could take a lot of energy for Sasuke. The only reason he mastered it and the chidori was because of his sharingan. Sharingan helps with ti jutsu also. Other than lee who actually has stamina and has been working on ti jutsu for years on end.

That abc logic don't fly in the manga man. SM is a great counter for the Rinnegan. That and Naruto had a good bit of plot on his side in the fight. Deva was restricted most of the fight and Naruto got pinned on the ground. Had their been killing intent, the series would be over.

Because Naruto wasn't doing shit while he was on the ground until Hinata made him lose control. Had Hinata not interfered and there was killing intent, Pain could have easily just stabbed a rod through his head.

you dont know that if pain had intent to kill then the whole fight would play out differently and naruto would still go nine tails so he would not die the only reason kishi had hinata jump in was to make the nine tails transformation more meaningful then just naruto raging

Naruto hasn't got the speed in SM to counter Amaterasu nor the Susanoo Arrows and FRS doesn't take care of his Susanoo and it's easy to dodge. imo
