Naruto has always been stronger than Sasuke.

It was said that Sasuke has been stronger than Naruto from the past but not the future. I have to disagree. There's to much evidence from part one disproving it. Naruto has been stronger than Sasuke in part one and two. Naruto has always picked up where Sasuke failed. His accomplishments are far greater than Sasuke's in part one and two. From the start Naruto has beaten everyone while sasuke has beaten no one. He defeated neji(Who would have beaten sasuke and gaara(non sand spirit) when no one thought he could. He defeated gaara and a hokage type moment in defending the village against the sand spirit that sasuke couldn't beat. He mastered a hokage level jutsu and used it to beat Kabuto defending tsunade. When it came time although Naruto seemed overmatched he was always ready. Honestly I never stopped to think about his moments in the first series and when I thought about it I realized he's always been the strongest just un recognized.

I consider that part of strength. Mental capacity and killing intent. Sasuke was the better fighter because he could deliver that lethal blow.

However, his accomplishments put Sasuke to shame. Sasuke couldn't have defeated Gaara, Kabuto, Neji, Pein Rikudo, or lead the Alliance and protect them like Naruto.

In my opinion, Sasuke only won at the valley of the end because Naruto had already used a lot of energy by running after them and having some small fights before the real one, while sasuke was what? Sleeping on a basket?
