Fair enough but I still think you are wrong.I read the chapter 4 times from several different sites,my opinion on the statement is still the same.We just have different perspectives on what Naruto meant when he called Obito awesome.

Are you reading what you're sayingWell your posts state otherwise, so am assuming nothing. No one is making excuses it's just that you refuse to analyse the manga properly that's why you are still blind? to facts.. Not my fault.
Yes and its the HOKAGE that is awesome at the end of the day not Obito.
He responded to me first Lol5 to 1 is not fair guys. Give "the eagle" some space.
Naruto calling Obito awesome would be the same as one of the victim's family members praising OJ Simpson for his work ethic and football skills the same day OJ was convicted. But Naruto's not saying he's awesome for murdering anybody. Just like I wouldn't say OJ Simpson is awesome for what he was accused of doing. He's saying he's awesome because he wanted to be Hokage. That is in no way related to any of the bad stuff he did. If Naruto called Obito despicable for the bad stuff he did, would he automatically think he's despicable for all the good stuff he did too?
"Oh, you're bad for this thing you did so you can't be cool for any other things you did and vice versa"
You forgot to add "In my Opinion".Fair enough but I still think you are wrong.
Ok, but what once you see other people arguing with him, you back off.He responded to me first Lol
He can handle it.5 to 1 is not fair guys. Give "the eagle" some space.
Like I said, that's never something that we irl should do, but just because Naruto did it doesn't mean he's wrong for it.Naruto calling Obito awesome would be the same as one of the victim's family members praising OJ Simpson for his work ethic and football skills.
He wasn't convicted, got arrested 12 years later for arm robbery of sports memorabilia.Naruto calling Obito awesome would be the same as one of the victim's family members praising OJ Simpson for his work ethic and football skills the same day OJ was convicted.
Really? If he didn't want people to respond to him he could've just said so. Also he's not obligated to respond to anyoneOk, but what once you see other people arguing with him, you back off.
@bold, No one should bother over old grudges. If Kakashi or any of the other ppl you named were consider a person of enmity across the entire nation then it would be right for Naruto to pick his words when speaking of them, and the big thing about this is that these were ppl who Naruto knew and loved and these ppl had ppl alive that cared for them.Like I say, that's never something that we should do, but just because Naruto did it doesn't mean he's wrong for it.
You're basically saying Naruto should have just been mad at Obito, because by no means did Naruto forgive Obito, say killing people was ok, etc.
And if you wanna get deeper into this, let's not forget Minato, Jiraiya, Kakashi, etc probably killed a lot of enemy shinobi in their lifetime. Should Naruto not think they're awesome? Or does this only aplly to former bad guys that directly killed Naruto's loved ones? Lol
Sorry, I never really cared about things like that so all I really know is that he murdered his wife got away with it and wrote a book about it.He wasn't convicted, got arrested 12 years later for arm robbery of sports memorabilia.
But he's not idolize him for the horrible things he did@bold, No one should bother over old grudges. If Kakashi or any of the other ppl you named were consider a person of enmity across the entire nation then it would be right for Naruto to pick his words when speaking of them, but I never said Naruto was wrong. My point was that Kishimoto having Naruto say that made him look insensitive to the things that have happened. Respecting Obito was fine, only praising him was the problem.

And, i am taking context into consideration. He said that because Obito wanted to be HOKAGE, and Naruto thinks HOKAGE is awesome. So Obito HOKAGE awesome and not Obito awesome. Are you reading what you're saying
He thinks current Obito is cool
Exactly my point.@bold, No one should bother over old grudges. He's idolize him because Obito is like him, parallel, which is almost like idolizing him self
Fu ck....
Naruto calling Obito awesome would be the same as one of the victim's family members praising OJ Simpson for his work ethic and football skills the same day OJ was charged.
You kinda ignored the rest of my post. In wars there is usually two sides each fighting for whatever reason in behalf of their country to protect it and their country's ideals. Each side is blood guilty so it is illogical to single one person out when you r guilty of the same thing they r.Exactly my point.
And what's Obito's body count? IIRC Minato took on whole armies of people, he likely killed more people than Obito did since Obito practically never fought outside this war. Besides that then there's Torune, Konan, and some Mist village fodder. :| Everyone has loved ones, and Minato, kakashi, etc most likely killed a lot of people's loved ones, so should Naruto not call them awesome? Like I said earlier, Naruto praising him for one thing doesn't mean he condones Obito killing people, so I don't see where the disrespect part comes in.
He was manipulated in believing that no hope existed. I believe Kishimotto handled it well. What other way would you have liked it to end?Yes but it still, he killed his parents, killing his parent made naruto childhood's hell, he killed neji. I just can't take it, i wish kishimoto would have handled that situation a little bit more mature.
Family bonds, there was already a connection between Neji and Hinata. She still cared for him and he still cared for her so as long as issues are resolved and both sides decide to move forward there isn't really a problem. There connection was greater than the event that happened. If Hinata can forgive Neji for almost slap her head off why can't Naruto say Obito's awesome because he wanted to become hokage? You must be registered for see images
Strictly have Naruto praise Obito's ideals rather than Obito himself or have Naruto acknowledge Obito's wrongs at the same time as he praised him.He was manipulated in believing that no hope existed. I believe Kishimotto handled it well. What other way would you have liked it to end?
