Unrestrict gates and it won't change anything. Does Minato have Kyubi btw?

Gates? What gates? o_O

OT: I think the team can take this.
Just imagine, Tobirama and Minato teleporting Hiruzen and Tsunade around making them smash everything Lol
But FTG is (maybe) the only thing they have on Hashirama. The rest of their arsenals could be neglected.

I can't remember if Sage Mode sensing works by physical presence or chakra. If it's by chakra, Hashirama loses.

Tobirama or Minato mark Muu, who then goes invisible. He then makes his way to Hashirama, whether he be on a Mokuton construct or otherwise the ground. Tobirama/Minato then teleport to behind him and hit him with their respective attacks. Tobirama should know of Hashirama's incredible healing prowess, so they'll be aiming to cut him in half with Tobirama's suiton and cause massive brain damage with Minato's rasengan.

Mokuton clones prolong the fight, but with a mark on Muu, Minato can literally use the S/T barrier to teleport anything Hashirama throws at them back at Hashirama. Assuming Muu is in the proper position of course.

Hashirama loses. As great as Hashirama is, he would have a hard time fighting any duo combination of Minato, Hiruzen, and Tobirama. Now you are pitting him against all 3 with back up from Muu and Tsunade. This is a one sided fight. Hashirama would need Madara on his side to win this fight.

But Hashirama knows very much about FTG, and even FTG didn't make Tobirama on Hashirama's level. So I don't see it being a huge "factor" to change sides.

And the gates he used to bind Juubi, and the ones he used to bind Madara, before he turned alive.

See the only problem, he can spam Tree world, while adding the pollen. And then furthermore use the clones to travel through the trees, and the Kages sadly have no way of telling which one is the real one X_X. I mean each of the clones (the ones he created in the war the 4 clones that were fighting with the alliance), could create tree world big enough to lead the Juubi biju damas to the sea.

However, since they do have Tobirama on their side (someone who knows Hashirama dearly), they can possibly somehow predict what he'll do.

does tobirama get fodder edos to use Gojo?

nope, strictly 5 vs 1, no summonings or anything.

I considered all that, but this isn't just Tobirama vs Hashirama.
Minato is above Tobirama's level in base, and in SM i can see him pulling a trick on Hashi with the rest of the team supporting him.
If Hashi decides to blow up everything w/o giving them any chance, then i recon it could go either way, but fighting two FTG users is something very tricky, specially when they know who they're dealing with.

The Kage's only chance is Tsunade powering up Muu's jinton before Hashirama enters SM and makes the buddha. But given the fact that Hashirama has full intel, he will kill those two first. He wins with mid diff at best.

Problem is he isn't. Tobirama is FAR more experienced. On top of that he is more versatile than Minato. When it comes to predictibilty of FTG Minato would be the problem. Relies on Ftg too much. However, is used right, that can be a big problem for Hashirama. In which case Tobirama's experience with FTG and etc would come into play in using Minato's FTG. That is why I said Hashirama has dealt with FTG users.

And we have no clue of how Minato uses his SM. Furthermore its not gonna help them tell which one is the real Hashirama. You do have to remember Hashirama has intel on ALL 5.

Well Mu uses his weighted technique to make everyone fly, so that any Hashirama's terrestrial attacks become ineffective.

Minato gives one of his FTG kunais to Mu's undetectable double who would turn invisible. Since Mu is a chakra less entity, Hashirama couldn't sense it.

During the battle between Hashirama versus Tobirama, Hiruzen, Mu and Tsunade, the double Mu would swiftly slip near Hashirama at some point during the battle without him noticing and Minato will kill him with a Hiraishin attack

All i'm saying is teamwork works wonders. The team isn't clueless about Hashi either.
Hashirama has the tools to obliterate them all, but that doesn't mean he does it in time.

I came up with another possiblity. Image Muu charging up Jinton beforehand and either Tobirama or Minato instantly teleporting him behind Hashi. He could dodge via sensing, but that would create a huge oppening against, not one, but two speedsters.
Of course he could always troll with clones, but it won't always be a clone fighting Hashi's fight.
There're dozens of possible scenarios.
