Sasuke, aslong as he uses lightining attacks to counter his water attacks & uses susanno with amaterasu on it to counter physical attacks by samehada which would probably drain the chakra from susanno. He could also use his illusions but I'm not sure if samehada would be able to free kisame from them if it used its own chakra.

Sasuke wins.
Sasuke is too deadly for Kisame. MS is not totally needed in this fight because Sasuke is lethal without them. Armed with immense speed and tactics Sasuke has this in the bag.
Also a couple of Katons will have Samehada jumping out of Kisames hands and crawling for cover.

kisames sword can suck out massive amounts of chakra per swing and when hes merged with it same effect still stands and amaterasu wouldnt work under water cuz it hits what ur looking at so it would hit the water not kisame then he would drown
