The only reason Obito is alive is because Kakashi didn't use an instant move to finish him,like raikiri in his heart.
Hashi only needs a wood technique to suprice Obito so he wraps a part of his body and tbe clone use an instant tech.(like the wood that killed Neji) and Obito is dead.
Hashi can easily disguise himself to make a surlprice attack,that's basic ninja skills,not aomething difficult,even if he figures that he wrapped a clone Hashi can make it in time before Obito is able to unwrap him,Hashi's wood tech were pretty fast.
Obito relies too much on kamui and this can be used against him.

Obito will warp hashirama because he is faster but.. What happens after this, he can't kill hashirama.

1.Hunger you say? Mokuton = whatever variety of fruits

2. Obito come to finish the job? = what is he gna do kamui him back to the real world? That would be illogical.

3. Keep him prisoner forever?= render kamui (his main power )useless forever, if he phases hashirama would send a kunai straight to his brain/heart

Obito is in a dilemma. Best choice? Walk away. Hashi can't defeat obito, same way obito can't kill hashirama.

But the fact remain he lost the fight since he can't come back. Also bolded part is wrong. It shows you don't understand how kamui works. It's if Obito warps himself where the person(Hashirama in this case) was warped that he can be touched. Kamui dimension is smh related to our world. So if Hashirama was warped in position A, Obito can warp himself in position B, C, D, E, F, etc where Hashirama couldn't see him at all depending on his position in the real world

Being sucked into Kamui dimension acts as a permanant sealing jutsu. Hashirama bascially becomes nonexistant, and might aswell be considered as dead. This is a defeat worse than death. Obito may have pity on Hashirama and put him under a genjutsu to save him going manic depressed. Your other points aren't even worth acknowledging.

- Konan had decades to figure out Obito's technique, decades of prep time. Hashirama's wont have it
- Hashirama is not as smart as Minato
- I suppose you meant Danzo's bodyguards? They figured out nothing. Being able to know how a technique works doesn't mean you can counter it and they countered nothing since Obito gave his arm himself
- No one really knew how exactly his Kamui works until Kakashi, so what makes you think Hashirama would figure it out?

Genjutsu is an option yeah but that depends on the skill of the Hashirama who has gone his whole life (including childhood) fighting uchiha but then again I don't deny it's a possibility.
