Technically yeah, you're right. I once made a thread saying that no, he isn't the strongest as he is feat-less etcetera but was based and neg rep'd because people said he can make a moon, beat the Jubi etc. However, he could have just used a fuinjutsu, end of story. That's it..doesn't prove he's strong. He could have just have had naturally high chakra reserves. This doesn't prove anything. Technically, Minato, Hashirama etcetera could beat him but I will still place Rikudo above them due to him being the originator of the ninja world.

Even if we accept that premise as true, when ranking characters, you generally take their strength during their prime. In SO6P's prime, he was the Juubi's jinchuuriki. Even if he wasn't God of Shinobi before sealing the Juubi in himself, he definitely became one after it.

He's far from a perfect jinchuriki. Perfect implies that he and his bijuu became allies and fought together, which is far from the truth.

You can't compare that to the Sage because when he was alive, there were no other tailed beasts. The Ten tails was not/is not referred as a Bijuu. Like Kurama said, the Ten tails is just destruction and nature. The Sage took this destructive nature and completely shut it down like it was nothing. Sit the **** down

The Sage might be overrated in a sense but he deserves it. The Rinnegan and its techniques, creating the moon, defeating the Juubi in its final form, the weapons from Gold & Silver bros, creation of all things, etc. SO6P pretty much deserves his hype but some fans do take it a little far. We accept what Kabuto said as manga fact because we know he studied extensively about everything.

1. All natures
2. Rinnegan

Then he gets the FULL powered Jubi sealed in him. The alliance alone is fighting a Jubi that doesn't have the eight tails and nine tails, who happen to be the strongest of the nine.

He also had all the legendary weapons.

Sage has its power after he seals it in himself. So it's basically saying, Sage+Jubi>>>>all others, possibly combined.
