but buggy have all the hype to join the warlords, the marine/WG can use him to intimadate rookie pirates, i mean he was ex roger pirates member, shanks sworn brother.

Oda like getting the serious things coming through jokes and iam quite sure about this theory as the thread maker said if Oda would have been done with Buggy he should still have been a Chibi chasing birds, take him seriously and for now we got some reasons to take him seriously.

Buggy was smart enough to take advantage of the prisoners right? He was smart enough too team up with Alivada, he was smart enough too team up with Mr.3 inside Impel Down, you need more?

Sry for double post, but dude, you say that Buggy who worked on Rayleigh's ship is dumb for saying that he's Luffy's uncle? Aren't you just as dumb for saying he isn't without any proves? Show me some evidences, and I'll say I'm sry, but for now we have to assume that Rayleigh is Luffy's uncle. No?

I can't, but let's use Tobi as a good excample here. Before Madara appeared, we assumed Tobi was Madara because he said it right? Well, this is basicly the same thing. The info we have now only lets us belive that Rayleigh IS his uncle. We must wait to get more info to be sure, but right now it's the only we know about Rayleigh and Luffy.
The intelligence of Buggy and Luffy are on same level, though i think Buggy is smarter than Luffy so if Luffy says something we would need proofs to aid it.
Rayliegh *can be* Luffy's uncle, this is not Naruto that everything needs a god damn reason, this is One Piece when Boa a man hating woman could fall in love with Luffy then almost every thing is quite practical here.
